We have bought several lifetime products over the years and needed some replacement parts. When I called I didn’t have all my information together but the representative was very patient and knowledgeable and sent what we needed within a week.

We bought these chairs 14 years ago. They are holding up great. We needed some new leg caps and the sales rep was very helpful and knowledgable. She helped me order new caps for the legs at no cost.

We have a family of big and tall men, purchased these for Christmas dinner. They are very solid, no saging and feel like the chair was going to give way like most models. Will but again if there is ever a need.

I bought these specifically for the weight rating, 500 lbs. With so many girthy people nowadays, I didn't want to take the risk of a chair collapsing under someone when many chairs are rated for just 225-300 lbs. They are solid and comfortable.
