this is the 2nd serta memory foam mattress I have purchased in past 6 months. it is a good bed wish a great support. I will recommend this to anyone.

Not as firm as I expected. We bought the exact same mattress model, in a queen size several years ago. The mattress we received recently is not as firm, we sink to the frame when we sit on the edge.

Like a few other reviews noted, this mattress is way to firm especially if you lay on your side occasionally. Can feel bed sores starting on my pressure points. This is my third memory foam mattress. Loved the other two. Retuning this one today.

Our new mattress arrived yesterday. It was easier than we expected to set up. We slept on it just five hours after removing it from the packing materials and placing it on the bed. No odor that we noticed, and very comfortable. I would describe it as firm with a soft surface. We are very pleased.

Bought winter of 2018 exchanging for another now (spring 2021). At first it was great. Has broken down, there is a dip where I sleep and a dip where my wife sleeps and a hill in the middle. My wife is of average size. I’m over 250 so I realize I’m going to be harder on a mattress than the average person but less than 3 years? My mom also has one and she said hers is holding up great. Maybe for 1 person who rarely sleeps and works all the time it’s good, or if you’re small it’s good. Maybe I’m expecting too much from a cheap mattress. I do not recommend.

I want my Night gel back, this mattress is horrible. I only got it because I wanted it with the adjustable base and wanted the white glove service. The base is firm but I rarely ever adjust it. The mattress is horrendous I should have bought the base separately and stayed with the Night gel which is what I had before. Trust me, stay away.

I love my mattress. As soon as I felt this mattress in the store I knew my search for the perfect mattress was over. I had to order online and eight days later it was delivered to my porch. It was easy to handle and open. It expanded quickly. Yes I recommend this mattresses. It is the right mix of gel and memory foam. I tried out the 10" Gel memory foam in the store and it felt pretty comfortable so i figured i'd get the 12" I read this was a medium firm... it was like sleeping on a mat from gym call in high school. I found a mattress i like.... I am a plush mattress user for sure. I gave it a full week to let the foam get it's shape. Box came with no paperwork of any kind... But, found out on the net it can take 24-48 hours for the mattress to gain it's full shape. Waited a full week... after one night it wasn't gonna work for me. Wish Sam's had this in store to try before buying but, the return was super easy so... that part was good.

My partner and I purchased this mattress about a week ago, it’s solid as a rock and has caused back pain. Unfortunately, we’re thinking about purchasing a mattress topper, or returning the mattress back to Sam’s Club. A good thing about the mattress is it does inflate in about 48 hours. It takes about 48 hours to bare the scent of the mattress.

I tried this out at our local SAMS and ordered it online right after I left. Took about a week to arrive which I was fine with. It’s a good firm mattress and doesn’t have that “stuck” feeling. There is a slight odor when you first unroll it and it sticks around for a while. The packaging was a little disappointing due to the fact that the box was ripped in a few spots and had a light pink oily fluid on the plastic wrapping. Other than that it’s good mattress for the price and I would recommend this if you want something more on the firm side.
