The cheese was molded, it needs better packaging. I had to return the cheese. I will not buy cheese from sams club again. Thats how devastating it was.

This is the first time this has happened at Sam's Club. Whoever opened the box with a box cutter sliced the package and I discovered after I got home that a good bit of the cheese was hard. I didn’t drive the 11 miles back to return it. Kinda inconvenient.

I love the taste of this cheese over the taste of significantly higher priced cheese. At other retail outlets. The issue with this cheese is that it molds faster than any cheese I buy, and I love cheese. There have been times when I have mold 2-3 days after it buy it. Someone I told this to said that means the package had an air leak prior to purchase. I don't see that being possible since it happens often. If I'm going to lose half my cheese to mold than I'm just going to buy the more expensive cheese at another store.

You may have seen in other reviews, our family loves cheeses! This Pepper Jack has a decent bite. We've found this pre-sliced version is nice for sandwiches, or quickly melting over some oven roasted veggies. (Our version of 'fast food'... where other cheese may need shredding or slicing) Good taste, texture and mild heat.

Not the best Pepper Jack cheese for flavor I love all Members Mark cheeses I’ve tried but this one doesn’t live up to the rest. Also I know we try to use less plastic these days the the ziplock on all the cheese bags is awful and doesn’t hold often end up putting them in other containers for storage

The cheese had great taste. It was hard to separate with the tint paper sheets between the slices. About a week after opening the zip bag I had to throw almost half of it away due to green mold that formed on the side opposite the opening. I was very disappointed. I loved the price

The quality of my latest package is not close to my first 3 packages. The cheese tends to clump, even though each slice is separated by a waxed paper type sheet. The flavor wasn’t there either. I will give it one more try. If it’s a repeat fail I will stick with fresh deli sliced instead.

My husband favorite flavor of cheese, I have purchased this twice now in the last six months. I have a food saver so I break up the pack into four individual of 10 slices each (12 in one); suck the the air out and seal so it stays fresh until ready to use. Cheese is always fresh and nice thickness in slice. Makes great addition to any sandwich and make yummy grilled cheese.

The price is good but the cheese needs a paper divider between the cheese otherwise it is almost impossible to peel off one slice without ripping it apart. I would rather pay a little more to have the paper in between rather than fight with trying to slowly peel off one piece to use.
