Molds too quickly. You have to use it within a week or two, otherwise, you are dealing with mold.

This is made well for my taste buds. Just the right amount of pepper!

My son loves pepper jack as a good after school snack, and we love cooking with it!

Great for sandwiches, not so good for melting into dip.
