One of my favorite cheeses. I also like the Muenster, Gouda, and sharp cheddar.

If you like cheese...

Terrific taste and texture. Great for charcuterie or a sandwich.

I like it. Could be spicier.

Didn't have much taste. Very processed. Cheap Cheese.

Nice thick slices. Great for sandwiches and grilled cheese. Even on crackers.

Cheese

The cheese had great taste. It was hard to separate with the tint paper sheets between the slices. About a week after opening the zip bag I had to throw almost half of it away due to green mold that formed on the side opposite the opening. I was very disappointed. I loved the price

Not what I expected

Honestly I don’t buy any other cheese than this brand.  They have several types. They melt very well so you can use for many things.  The cheese is not processed like those individually wrapped kraft slices that are like rubber.  Don’t pass this up!  Try the cheddars and the Colby jack as well.
