This was my fist time using thelis cheese. Everyone loved it. Melts well when toasted and has a light kick.

The cheese is very good. The packaging is not as good its hard to close and get the air out. Witch dry the cheese out or it molds.

Good cheese with a good flavor but the slices sometimes stick together so wich they had paper between the slices.

Tends to break when it’s been in the fridge a while. Of course, only 1 person in our family eats it, so it take a while.
