I had high hopes the cheese is creamy not heavy on the jalapeño melts well but doesn't have that bite a good or decent pepper jack has.. it wasn't horrible

Not bad! The peppery flavor wasn't front and center, but it melted well for a great grilled cheese despite this. I'd purchase again and recommend for snacking.

No at all spicy. When I think of pepper jack I think a little heat. Not burn your mouth but a little extra then just cheese. Might as well purchase regular cheese.

Excellent Taste HOWEVER cheese slices are NOT separated by paper and must open entire bag at once. Family LOVES taste but hate the package style and hard to separate slices.

Bought this for the first time. Will buy again. But will say that the cheese tend to get crumbly toward the last 20 slices or so. But it does melt and taste nicely.

Love the packaging and the little papers inbetween so you can easily get just 1 slice. Zipper pouch is nice so I dont' have to store it in my own container for freshness.

Cheese is nice, peppers are plentiful, but the bag doesn't close well. And once closed, it doesn't remain closed. Whenever I go for it the bag is open, and no, kids aren't opening it.

Good flavor, though not exceptionally hot/spicy. The is a good value for the money. The individual slices are separated by squares of wax paper making them easy to separate and remove from the package.

Flavorful cheese, but the package is too large for my fridge. I probably won't buy again because this much specialty cheese is too much for our small household.

Each slice is extremely thin, which I like, but each slice is difficult to separate. It tears too easily. They separated each slice, but they only used a small paper. You can get half of it separated, but the other half tears into multiple pieces.
