I've noticed the last few years that the effectiveness of Dawn Ultra has decreased. This is the same problem I have with Dawn Ultra Platinum Powerwash. It's easy to use and does foam up quite nicely, but as far as removing grease of any kind it's not very effective at all. It's terrible on plastic, have to heavily spray it 2 or 3 times. The same for glass & metal dishes. And usually have to go over that with a heavy dose of Dawn Ultra on a sponge to remove grease, or fat. Has P&G changed the formulation, or diluted it? Does anyone else have this problem, or noticed a decrease in quality? P&G may have formulated Dawn to clean petroleum oil off of baby ducks, but it sure as heck doesn't seem to be working well to remove kitchen grease.

I saw this product advertised. My thought was this couldn’t possible make cleaning dishes so easy. I picked up a bottle and tried it. I was amazed how clean and quick it took.My husband even commented that he had never seen me clean up so fast. I will definitely will purchase again.

I've been a Dawn devotee my entire adult life - nothing comes close to it's grime destroying power. Discovering Dawn Powerwash was truly a game changer! It's contactless spray works for any cleaning project, including the not as obvious ones such as our white board and stone surfaces. Love this idea. I run the faucet over the dishes then spray them with soap and being scrubbing then wash them all. Versus having to continually putting soap on the sponge and turning the water on and off or letting it run while u do one dish. Didn’t give it five stars because it says “light pear scent” but it is very strong but not in the best way. Would recommend a different scent

For you mechanics out there this works wonderful as a degreaser for your car or truck. It does not leave an oily film as traditional oil based cleaners do. Cleans everything under the hood. Spray on to a dry surface, for stubborn grit or extra thick use a brush to work power boost in, rince clean with water, you will be delighted with the results.

The powerwash dish spray is fantastic! Cleaned a flat iron griddle that was crusted in grease after sitting several months with little effort!! I am rating it one star because the bottle spray mechanism fails most of the time, especially when using refills. Very frustrating as I have to directly pour the powerwash onto to the surface I am cleaning to get the most use of the product. Ends up costing me more $$$$ in the long run. Someone from the company needs to develop a better bottle/spray mechanism.
