[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've loved this on dishes and pots and pans, but the best use is for soap scum in tubs and showers. Now I can have a nice bath using bath oil with easy cleanup. Spray on, rinse off with little if any effort.

We bought a cabin in the woods. The cast iron/enamel tub was horrifying - gross, yellow, caked on 10 yr old dirt, stains, etc. I tried every cleaning product on it for the past 2 months. Today I found a bottle of Dawn Powerwash under the kitchen sink as I'm cleaning that out as well. So, I thought, what the heck; I've tried everything else. I sprayed the tub completely. I did not seem to notice a heavy smell; smelled like dish soap. I waited about 20 minutes. Went back and used a wet washcloth - it took off a huge amount of dirt and stain! I think it will require a few more times, but THANK YOU! (The pump does hurt your hand after a while...)

Had one day of use and the next day go to use and it wouldn’t spray! I have to wear a mask because the smell is not pleasant. The advertising is sexist and geared towards women cleaning only. I’d give one star but the liquid product works and Dawn has been eco friendly for as long as I can remember... ok perhaps I should give 3 stars but any other product would not get it because nothing is as frustrating as having to stop what I’ve planned to clean due to defective sprayer... so ... 3 it is

I bought this several months ago, but have just realized how fantastic it is! Our kitchen has been torn up due to a leak for the last 2 months, and we are having to wash dishes in a small bathroom basin. Soaking is not an option with some pans, due to their size. I spray on Dawn Platinum Powerwash and let it sit for a few minutes. Pans wipe clean. Baked on food comes off.

I have never been devoted to a brand before I always bought what was cheap and a bargain... but after using the power wash I will only buy the power wash and the Platinum Dawn dish soap. Dirt and grease just melt away. I have 3 boys so my house knows dirt, grim, and markers on the walls. It cleans all surfaces in my home not just the dishes ( which it does very well) . Thank you for changing my world and giving me a cleaning option that really works. My home should be a commercial for how well it works because I use it everyday lol

I can not use this product due to its powerful scent added to it. The scent stays on my hands and takes a few washings to get the scent off.Why would you add this to dish detergent, we don’t need chemicals on our dishes , please stop this nonsense now.

I just wanted to say that Dawn platinum ultra powerwash is a great product. I have been using it since it was introduced and never had a complaint. albeit until now. When purchasing a new bottle the only scent available was Gain. The Gain scent to me is overpowering unlike the other scents, my wife also noticed the strong scent and said it did smell like laundry soap not a dish cleaning scent and rather than use it I poured the contents down the drain rather than continuing to use. I know the simple solution is to purchase another scent which I have and continue to do so. Just my opinion for what it is worth.

I've been a lifelong Dawn user but I think I need to stop using it permanently. New formulas are clearly only to save p&g money. Concentrations are so high that the amount of water/rinse time has at minimum tripled and if you only want to do a few dishes? Well you're out of luck because you cannot get out an amount that is small enough. Meanwhile they can charge more because on a technical level there's more available for use...but at your expense. They use less plastic in the bottle (selling point), pay less to ship what is technically more product, and the cost completely falls onto the consumer. More time doing your chore, while wasting water, and a ever present scent that no amount of rinsing can overcome. If you even have a remotely good sense of smell - do not use it.

We bought the Powerwash and love it! It works on all things grease and grim on our dishes and pans. With all the use we used up the container and put the spray head into the new bottle. After we did that the spray head did not work. I checked the steps on how to change the sprayer to the new bottle to see if there was some trick. Did not find anything I had done wrong. Love the product, hate the delivery method.

When this first came out, I was breast pumping and my portable pump was hard to clean. I could literally just spray the whole thing, shake it up, and rinse it out and there’d be zero milk residue in the pump. It’s magical on baked on foods and gets in difficult to reach corners. I don’t know how I scrubbed and soaked before this - it saves so much time and water!
