We'd be happy to share some tips to help get your Dawn Platinum Powerwash Dish Spray spraying as it should! First, please make sure that the trigger is unlocked. When the cutouts on the top are matched up and the yellow shape is completed, then it's unlocked. Next, the bottle may need 3-5 full trigger pulls in order to begin spraying. As well, we suggest squeezing the body of the bottle while pulling the trigger, since this should force out any trapped air. We hope this helps.
