I was told this could be used for stains on clothing and since the ads talk about how it can be used for other things, didn't think it would damage my items. Used on a bed pillow cover and left bleached spots. And of course, not able to find replacement pillow cover. This experience makes me wonder what else it will damage. Label needs to state what NOT to use on that could be bleached. And guess what - didn't take out the spots anyway!

Love this and the easy spraying action. Cleans great! But I find it leaves a taste on my dishes - so often I can taste the scent/fragrance on my food. And yes I’m obviously rinsing it off! They need to make the scent less concentrated. I’ve thrown out food a bunch of times bc I take a bite and it tastes like stupid spring rainforest or whatever they call it n

I've been using this product since it came out. Today I got to thinking about cleaning my glass shower doors which are not easy to clean. The calcium build up takes a good amount of scrubbing even with products made to deal with calcium build up. I was able to clean my shower doors easily to a sparkling clean surface with my Powerwash dish spray, will never be without it. I use on my laundry, dishes and now my shower doors!!!!!!!

This product cuts through grease like nothing I've ever seen. Unfortunately, it cuts through nasal passages just as well. The fragrance immediately choked me up and I had a terrible headache for an entire day. I'll give the free and clear a try, but apparently that still has fragrance. Do the people testing these products even have noses? Are they desensitized from being around it all day every day or are they perhaps wearing hazmat suits? Because that's kind of what you need when you clean with this. All that being said, my stove has never been cleaner. I'm just scared to use it.

I inherited a gas stove covered in grease and thought Powerwash would help me clean it up but it ate away at the enamel and left them dingy and damaged. I did nothing weird, simply put a couple of burner caps and two of the grills in the sink, sprayed them with Powerwash, and wiped them off with a wet sponge after a couple of minutes. There are no warnings on the bottle or directions for use on varying materials but it seems that there REALLY needs to be. I searched this website for instructions assuming I would find a "not for use on..." statement but I found nothing. Be careful what you put this stuff on.

This Dawn Powerwash spray is a LIFESAVER when it comes to tough foods stuck on pans and plates. you spray on and let soak for a few minutes and the residue just comes right off under water, no scrubbing involved. The trigger system isn’t hard to use and sprays for a good while. Such a great invention!

This is the best I use it on everything. My 18 month old grandbaby has a white shirt that we thought would have to be thrown away but Powerwash saved it!! It has dirt stain food stains and we all know what banana's do to clothes when left and not treated asap. I took my gain and rib in the shirt then I got the powerwash and a soft brush and scrubbed it really good then let it sit for 15 minutes put in cold water and a cap full of bleach outside away from all of us left if overnight and bam the shirt was almost spotless and it was powerwash that saved the day !!!!!

I like the concept of the dawn power wash, but as I see here now many people are having the same problem I’m having with the sprayed not working correctly. If it doesn’t spray, some times I can get it to spray if I loosen the sprayer. Frustrating most of the time.

I am truly impressed with Dawn Powerwash. I had dried paint splatters on my hardwood floor since December of 2022. I saw an article that Dawn Powerwash if sprayed on the dried paint ( hardwood floors) would either remove the paint or loosen the paint without stripping the hardwood floor finish. And walla the Powerwash did remove all of the dried paint and the floors were not disturbed. I use Dawnpower wash everyday for dishwashing and other grease and grime removal.
