[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product does exactly what they say it does. My neighbors all think i have some "Secret" on why my lawn always looks good. I tell them its pretty easy. Use the Scotts Bonus S. They all laugh and say Yeah sure thats it... I tell them I am serious, use the product 4x per year and you will choke out the weeds and your lawn will be green and fresh like mine. I tell them all I dont have a secret potion... I just use Scotts Bonus S as directed. Its not hard at all. I even offer to let them use my spreader... Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Floratam St Augustine lawn is 14 months old and was looking good with the exception of a few weeds. After applying Scotts Turf Builder Bonus S Southern Weed & Feed according to instructions the grass started thinning and the weeds appeared not to have been affected. I have used Scotts Turf Builder on the lawn last year and was extremely happy. I can not recommend this product to people who have Floratam lawns.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product does everything that it advertises. I have used it in the past but it must have been improved since then because I don't recall it killing weeds so quickly before. Even hard to control dollar weed was knocked back quickly.

Received the Bonus S and a day or two earlier I received a what I thought was a helpful email with the following instructions on how to apply the product: "Apply when the grass is wet from dew or sprinkling before. Do not apply if rain is in the forecast in the next 24 hours. Rain can wash the particles off of the weed leaves before it has a chance to work properly." The implication being that the weed killing is a contact effect. Yet, when I read the instructions on the back of the bag, is states to water immediately following application! And, more confusing, Scott's feedback on this board to another question was that this product should be applied to dry turf. So, if you could clarify here what is the correct application method, that would would be tremendously helpful. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My lawn is already fantastic but I used it also on my neighbor's lawn as a demonstration how good the product is. He has never used a combination product and had just about every kind of weed you can get in southwestern Florida, particularly dollar weed. His grass was also very spotty. Within a month of application the weeds were eliminated and he actually had a real nice lawn. I made him a believer. I was very careful not to put on the product within three feet of trees.

It scorched my lawn so bad, that the grass completely died and I have huge bare spots in my lawn now. I followed the instructions to the letter and it still ruined my lawn. It did a fairly good job of killing the weeds in my lawn, but it did an exceptional job of killing my grass. If you want to overpay for a product and have your lawn look barren, I would highly recommend this product.

Sun is shinning now as I write this review. It is surpose to rain tonight so I think when I finish this I shall go out and apply the remainder of the weed and feed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put this product on my front yard two weeks ago, and it has been rainy and wet since 2 days after, so it's a bit difficult to tell exactly how well it is working- thus the 4 stars, not 5. Hard to find a dry week in Louisiana at this time of year. So far, it seems to be doing its job, as I saw some of the weeds turn a bit yellow, which is the same reaction as the past when I've used Scott's Bonus S Southern. They haven't disappeared yet though, but again, it's been wet. Also, my grass is a perfect green color, and not all yards around me are as green. I have confidence that this will do well with taking care of the weeds and help my lawn during the dry spells this summer. I've never been disappointed with a Scott's product that was part of a regional Scott's lawn cycle or a Scott's customized schedule for my individual yard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While product does seem to help grass and roots, not much on killing very many types of weeds. After a bug problem depleted my lawn, now mostly covered with different types of weeds. At least weed and feed keeps the weeds green!
