[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought bonus S weed &feed a few weeks ago...I have a small yard so I applied the product with a hand spreader. I like that it is formulated for my region, there were a few weeds as we just came out of winter. Only 3 weeks later no weeds and the grass is nice and green! So, except for mowing and trimming I am done till summer; absolutely wasted the weeds and greened up my yard.

I usually buy a bag tame the weeds in the spring. It seems the past few years it has done little to nothing to tame, much less kill my weeds. I spread this about a month ago and a little rain and extreme humidity helped "water it in", and only a few weeds turned yellow and died. 99% of all the other normal southeen Texas weeds are flourshing and growing...well...like weeds. I have spent my last dollar on a Scott's product. This was a complete waste of time and money. I'm sure the government has probably regulated the industry so much, that these guys cand even make a legitimate working product any more.

Watch things grow without the weeds choking your beautiful grass! Can’t get more simple with the directions on package. Spread, water and watch it do it’s magic! Just love it!

I applied this product in mid-March before a predicted rain storm. That night it had a a good rain-in. Two and a half weeks later, I can see the large areas where weeds have died, but little grass sprouts still alive and growing. Dollar weed is still problem, I may re-apply in another month.

Only a 3 for now. I have used the product in the past with success. I suggest capturing data on the type of spreader used to see if this reflective in the success rate. To that end your website talks about differnt spreaders per sq footage. Yet the bonus s site says no hand held spreaders. Is this confusion an attempt at upselling or is there some logic that could explain that a hand held rotary for a small yard and this product is incompatible. Lack of symmetry in the product line is concerning. Please advise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use Turf Builder Bonus S Southern Weed and Feed on our St. Augustine lawn every spring. It does a great job of feeding the grass, and a fair job at killing weeds. I think the grass gets thicker and crowds out the weeds more than anything. About 3 weeks after applying our grass has filled in thin spots and is very green and healthy looking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My neigbor and I both used this product and his yard has really come to life. I did notice the week kill after a few days so that part is working. I did notice it didnt kill all the type of weeds in my yard. I will need to do more reasearch for those.

My lawn was in perfect health until I used this. I have always used this product in the past and had great success, but this year something is off. My lush lawn is now sparse and brown and I have more weeds than I had before. Very disappointed !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Put down about 15 March 2017. Hard to handle a 10000 Ft bag and get all product into spreader without spilling. Watered after application but maybe not enough. On 30 March grass looks good but I have a lot of broad leaf and flowering weeds that the product did not kill. I will make second app about 15 june and will report again after that. Joe Ward
