We have been buying Luvs for a long time as they were the only brand that did not give off an ammonia smell when used or cause eczema flair ups. Unfortunately, the latest batch we bought have done both and left our son with an almost chemical burn look about his lower area, very blotchy and red, a diaper shaped rash.

I've been given so many cases of luvs through all 3 of kids because everyone I know isn't a fan.... they are honestly my favorite. I have a fully dependent disabled 2 year old and these diapers work hands down the best for her. The complaints that they don't hold as much shouldn't exist because babies should be changed before even the worst diaper leaks but these hold her all night long and she's gtube fed so she gets full feeds over night. I prefer these over all brands and price wise they are great too.

I was pleasantly surprised by Luvs. I was a Huggie mom through and through but their recent updates are absolutely terrible - leaks and rashes all the time. My mom suggested Luvs (she used Luvs with me!) since I was trying every diaper imaginable and was having no luck on preventing leaks, the costs were high, and fit wasn't great. Luvs absorbs SO MUCH and my son has not leaked once. He was always covered in pee in the mornings because every other diaper would leak all night long. Haven't had a single leak with Luvs. I'm now a Luvs mom and I'm so glad they are so affordable!! Plus Bluey is our favorite so that's an added bonus!

In December we got LUVS for our baby shower-the purple tabs, those worked great. Never ONCE had a rash. Fast forward to 6 months later, we bought a new pack of LUVS- light blue tabs. Within 3 diapers my baby had a red rash, like chemical burn. This is so unfortunate. I will add, for our shower we got several brands of diapers and not one was an issue for her skin. We went to stick with LUVS for price point. Now we will be switching to Pampers. I really wanted to love LUVS. Why fix what isn't broken? Unless you are cheating out on your ingredients for higher profit.

I been buying these diapers for years and the only problem I have now is the diapers size 6-8 they might be made longer but the width of them is basically the same. When I strap the diaper on each side I should be able to strap it to the blue star not on the purple dot or just before it. I bought size 7 for my son thinking it would be much wider than the 6 and it wasn’t much wider at all only longer. I still couldn’t strap it to the blue star though. Today I just bought size 8 and I still can’t strap it to that blue star only just before the purple dot. So Im going back to size 7 bc they’re literally pretty much the same size. I might even start buying Huggies bc they make them much wider. Also there very absorbent diapers, as long as your buying the right size for your child and know how to put a diaper on properly. Then they shouldn’t leak at all. I know some people said they’ve leaked and yes they can if your buying diapers that are to big and your not putting them on correctly. Or maybe you’re just not changing your child enough bc my kids can pee 2-3 times before the yellow line is even full. Make sure your checking the yellow line. And if the diaper is half full it’s going to leak if there laying down peeing on the side thats already wet. And just bc the indicator shows some yellow left don’t mean let them pee a whole lot so it does leak. I don’t ever have problems with them leaking at all, haven’t for years. Just would love for them to make each size wider not just longer bc they can leave a mark if it’s not wide enough and it’s tight.

I've used luvs diapers for all 4 of my kids. Now we use them for my 3 grandkids. We'll 2 are still in diapers o e is potty trained an goes to school. When I became an mom I only wanted buggies or pampers they worked good then one day we bought luvs diapers an I was hooked they seem to work so much better didn't have to change them so much. More roo.my. stays true to the fit. So now all we buy is luvs diapers. Thank you for making awesome eiapers.

We bought a pack of the bluey diapers for my grandson He has been wearing them for 3 days and now he has a rash that actually looks like a scalding burn. We have discontinued the diapers. We had to get a prescription cream with lidocaine in it to put on his bottom for the pain. We have had to give ibuprofen also for the pain. As his grandmother, it has been awful hearing his cry when we apply the ointment to his bottom.

Fasteners don’t hold well

Love these diapers. We’ve never had a leak or blowout.
