They are a perfect fit for my mattress ,and very comfortable.I love the chocolate color as well.

Out of packaging the sizing used during manufacturing was funky, but washed out with th first wash. After reading he care lable and some trial %26 error I wash them seperate from other laundry. delicated warm wash. Tumble dry, take them out a little early (little damp). The corner fit well and wrinkle lay out flat. After 7 month, I would rexomend them. Heavy sheets
