Bought this a few weeks ago. Sam’s associates loaded into my Jeep- just fit! VERY heavy. Definitely need at least two strong people to handle. Only assembly were the shelves, which requires no tools and the glass replacements, which we did not use so cannot report on their installation. This is a totally lively cabinet with lots of storage. Love it!

Seen a floor model and instantly fell in love. Thought the store was out of this product so I had an employee hunt the item down. Best impulse buy ever! I LOVE that it came out of the box fully assembled. Great quality in the craftsmanship. Soft close drawers/cabinets. Your given the option to leave the doors with the glass shown, or hide the glass via a thin cohesive set of boards. Buying the white console sure does compliment my livingroom, giving the appearance of the room looking bigger. I'm definitely buying all my furniture from Sams/Member Mark.

I had been looking for a console, on-line and in various stores, for our new 70” TV. I just happened to check our local Sam’s Club and came across this one. It has worked out perfectly, it is very well made (heavy) and the best part is it was already fully assembled!

Love the quality of it...The 1st shipment came damaged so I called customer service and were really prompt about sending a replacement. 2nd delivery came and was free of any damage. Its very heavy so you're going to need some help bringing it inside. Overall very pleased with delivery and customer service!!

This was in stock this morning at our store showing 4 available. I have been watching for it for a month. I bought it online and within 30 minutes it sold out. No assembly required except the shelf placement which is nothing. It looks better in person.

This is a very nice piece of furniture. The shipping company brought it off the truck and the box was very tore up in a few places. There was a scuff on the top from that damage, but it was small. They included a touch-up pen in the box which I used on that scuff. It doesn't look too bad. The left rear top corner looks a bit crushed, like someone applies too much pressure to that corner or bumped that corner during shipping. The finish on the top of the unit is not very durable. I'm a couple of months into use of this product and I have two discolorations already on the top. It is completely functional. The hardware, drawers, doors, shelves, and glass are all in good working condition. I just wish it had a more durable finish on the top because it is a nice piece of furniture for the price.

There were a few hoops to jump through in the delivery of this item. It is very heavy. I was very excited about it, it’s a very pretty piece. The delivery folks were great and there was no noticeable damage at first. We had the item unboxed and placed before I noticed both drawer fronts were broken at the dovetail joints. Sam’s offered a full refund and $50 nuisance fee. No option for a replacement as they are out of stock. I chose to keep it and received a $50 nuisance credit. I was underwhelmed that they would offer so little in credit vs being willing to pay for the return freight. I will use the credit toward some wood glue and clamps. Minor disappointment but it is a pretty piece. Acceptable quality but not great.

For our first delivery attempt, the piece was majorly damaged and we refused delivery For the second delivery, only small damage to a nonvisible part of the shelf. This piece is HEAVY. We struggled to get it inside and to it's spot in the living room. Would have tried to upgrade to white glove delivery if possible. This is a beautiful quality piece for a great price. The blue is much darker than expected which works even better for us.

I received the order today. Nice and sturdy but the back corner is damaged. There are 4 sets of 11 holes on the top of the furniture. I called the Help Desk and they are sending a replacement. Took a couple of weeks to get the one I received today. I'll be patient a bit longer while they process a replacement because it fits perfectly. The help desk was super friendly and helpful. I saw another recent comment about the holes. Is this something recent as I don't see anyone else posting about the holes in the top? They look like staple or nail holes but all have the same distinct pattern.

I have admired this TV console every time I go in Sam's. Finally decided to buy and used free shipping instead of getting friends with a truck to pick it up. So glad I did, the piece is very heavy as others have said. Shipping was fast. I had some issues trying to contact Pilot shipping company to set up delivery, (website wouldn't give me an delivery time sooner than 2 weeks out}. Finally spoke to someone and was delivered next day. Item is beautiful, just as pictured. Everything worked well, drawer glides, door hinges etc. Well packed, no scratches. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Would highly recommend.
