Love the quality of it...The 1st shipment came damaged so I called customer service and were really prompt about sending a replacement. 2nd delivery came and was free of any damage. Its very heavy so you're going to need some help bringing it inside. Overall very pleased with delivery and customer service!!

Tried several times to order, after in store orders were cancelled due to item being out of stock. Was finally able to order for delivery. It arrived today and is absolutely perfect! From the slow close drawers, the finish, the interchangeable doors…this is a quality piece of versatile furniture that I plan to use for many years to come! If you’re looking for a tv stand that can easily be used as a buffet or entry table, is sturdy, and a great value, don’t hesitate to purchase this.

This is a very nice piece of furniture. The shipping company brought it off the truck and the box was very tore up in a few places. There was a scuff on the top from that damage, but it was small. They included a touch-up pen in the box which I used on that scuff. It doesn't look too bad. The left rear top corner looks a bit crushed, like someone applies too much pressure to that corner or bumped that corner during shipping. The finish on the top of the unit is not very durable. I'm a couple of months into use of this product and I have two discolorations already on the top. It is completely functional. The hardware, drawers, doors, shelves, and glass are all in good working condition. I just wish it had a more durable finish on the top because it is a nice piece of furniture for the price.

For our first delivery attempt, the piece was majorly damaged and we refused delivery For the second delivery, only small damage to a nonvisible part of the shelf. This piece is HEAVY. We struggled to get it inside and to it's spot in the living room. Would have tried to upgrade to white glove delivery if possible. This is a beautiful quality piece for a great price. The blue is much darker than expected which works even better for us.

I was a little worried about this showing up undamaged but when I unboxed it I was really impressed by how well it was packed. Everything was in great shape. It's a really well made, heavy table and we love it. Doors and drawers are all perfectly aligned and work great. Looks great with the components and TV added. Really love that the back panel is magnetized for easy install and removal. We are very happy with this purchase!

I’m so happy I ordered this, it’s even nicer in person than the listing suggested. Sturdy, excellent finish (I got the navy) and the soft close drawers are perfect. I found zero flaws! Such a great value - even my husband is pleased. Nice job Sam’s Club!

Bought this online for free home delivery. Item packaged really well and arrived with no damage. It's heavy so make sure you have help moving it around. It's made well with solid wood top. We bought this to put our tv on top of with our components inside. The problem is the cabinet is not deep enough for many of our components. As a result I had to modify the back panel to allow the wires and back end of my amp to protrude. The two side cabinets have large pieces of wood that are used to attach the self closing hinges so the bottom and top areas are not as wide as stated as the wood takes up space. So make sure your components will fit before you buy this console. I was able to adjust the back panel of the center area by cutting out more material to allow a proper fit. The other problem was with one of the drawers not "self closing". It would not close all the way. The packaging states that if you are "missing" a part to call them and it will be replaced at no charge. I called to request two self closing slides for that malfunctioning drawer. After waiting on hold for 40 minutes (while listening to horrible hold music!), I got a service employee who helped me. He stated that "they can not replace this slide" and offered a full refund or another unit. Well after wrestling this beast into my house, tossing all the packaging and setting it all up, I declined the replacement unit. Too much work! I also said a full refund was also out of the question ( I had modified the unit and it wouldn't be fair to return it them in that altered state). They ended up giving me a 20% discount on the purchase price which helped solve the problem. So in the end they handled the issue in a professional manner. And I will live with closing the one drawer manually. Overall a nice unit that looks good in our home. I knocked off a couple of stars for the malfunctioning drawer and their inability to honor the part replacement.

Seen a floor model and instantly fell in love. Thought the store was out of this product so I had an employee hunt the item down. Best impulse buy ever! I LOVE that it came out of the box fully assembled. Great quality in the craftsmanship. Soft close drawers/cabinets. Your given the option to leave the doors with the glass shown, or hide the glass via a thin cohesive set of boards. Buying the white console sure does compliment my livingroom, giving the appearance of the room looking bigger. I'm definitely buying all my furniture from Sams/Member Mark.

I received the order today. Nice and sturdy but the back corner is damaged. There are 4 sets of 11 holes on the top of the furniture. I called the Help Desk and they are sending a replacement. Took a couple of weeks to get the one I received today. I'll be patient a bit longer while they process a replacement because it fits perfectly. The help desk was super friendly and helpful. I saw another recent comment about the holes. Is this something recent as I don't see anyone else posting about the holes in the top? They look like staple or nail holes but all have the same distinct pattern.

Sturdy, heavy, high quality material and already assembled. Very elegant looking and makes our room stand out against our 65 in TV. Shipping materials protected the item and I a a m very pleased with it. The self closing doors are a huge plus as well.
