I was reluctant to purchase such a large and expensive item on line without being able to "feel" it. I was extremely surprised by the quality and durability of this piece of furniture. Coming assembled made my life a lot happier and I was thrilled that I only need to unpack and move it into position. I normally don't write reviews because they often are just a parroting of the manufactures tag line. I will have to say that I have made an exception for this product. Sam's Club has outdone themselves in being able to provide this top quality piece of furniture for it's members. The only drawback I see is that it was limited in the color selection. Fortunately, we were looking for a off-setting color to match our décor and the Navy Blue was a perfect fit. I have had several friends over and they have all marveled over the style, craftsmanship and color as it provide a perfect contract to the rest of our furniture. I have strongly recommended this product to some of my friends and I believe that they will be seriously looking at Sam's Club in the future for their own furniture.

This is something DEFINITELY worth the money. Take it from me, if you’re looking for a solid, beautiful, and well convenient piece, but not wanting to mess around with hours of assembly, look no further. I love the option of glass or solid doors, soft closing drawers and doors, and the sturdiness of this piece!

This is a heavy, quality piece of furniture. We are using it as a buffet cabinet in the dining room and the size and finish compliment our existing decor. The switchable door fronts are very handy and we have installed the solid panels on the outside doors, leaving the inside doors glass to show off our wine glasses. Loved the fact that this piece came completely assembled except for placement of the cabinet shelves. Also, the inclusion of tempered safety glass for the doors was a plus. The only negative was that one of the legs broke off during shipment. I was able to glue it back on and am confident it is good for the long run and doesn't look unsightly.

Delivered with back panel damaged. Sams Customer Service contacted the (Members Mark) manufacturer and we were sent a replacement part. It is a beautiful console. My mother's 75" TV fits perfectly. The price was 2 to 3 hundred dollars less than competitor's. I highly recommend this console. I dont think you will be disappointed.

I love it it's really pretty the delivery was great but We had problems with one drawer I call and told them the problem and they send me a replacemen The replacement had the same problem so we decided to take it back to the store we're not gonna deal with that I pay $500 for this and I shouldn't be having any problems

Product was damaged

This TV stand is beautiful. It's very spacious and heavy. The product itself is 5 stars. The delivery method deserves 0. I guess they outsource the shipping, so it was a company located in my tristate area. One guy delivered the stand. He put the stand on a wooden pallet and then on another pallet with wheels. IHe delivered it on the sidewalk because he wasn't allowed to come to the porch. He takes his pallet with wheels, and leaves. This made it almost impossible for s short woman to get in the house. It's pretty heavy and already together. The box was huge!! I hope they come up with something better for delivering this beautiful product.

Pretty disappointed. There's a ton of overspray on the glass front of the doors and the paint itself is streaky. The middle doors don't meet evenly in the middle and drawers sit unevenly in the face frame. It weighs over 100lb more than is advertised, which wouldn't be a problem, except that the 3rd party delivery service tried to drop it in front of my garage without ever talking to me. Instead, I received a picture 1 1/2 hours before my scheduled delivery time. When I ran out to meet the delivery driver, he stated that he could not deliver it into my home (fine, whatever) and then further stated that he could not deliver it to my door rather than garage. I ended up pushing it into my garage myself and being late for work in the process. When I spoke with customer service about the experience, I was told that they were sorry that they didn't meet my expectations. Shockingly, that didn't do much to help me get a 230lb piece of furniture into my home. I've purchased furniture online before and this has easily been the worst of those experiences.
