I was very impressed with this coffee. I am a fan of bold coffee. But I do enjoy a good medium roast. It had a pleasant aroma as it brewed. I have enjoyed a cup every afternoon. And even some of my girlfriends who are light roast coffee drinkers have made positive remarks on the flavor. It also still has a nice flavor when I add a touch of my flavored creamer into it.

I was surprised to find that this was a medium roast. It definitely tastes like a dark roast. It was very strong and brewed very dark even on the largest cup size. The taste was awful and very bitter. It was hard to take more than a few drinks and it was dumped down the sink. I am not a huge fan of super dark, bitter coffee and this was a prime example of coffee that I can't tolerate.

If you are looking for bold flavor but without the "Bold" tag name you have found it in Caribou! Don't be fooled by the Medium Roast characteristics here. Tons of flavor that will enhance the senses either in the morning at wake up or but a jump in you step at night. An instant classic that will remain in my collection for a long time!

I first used this in the sample pack that came with my coffee maker. I then bought a box on line. So far it has been one of my favorites. It is not an overbearing coffee, and has a pretty rich taste especially if use half-and-half. So far it has been the most consistent of the coffees I have tried.

Overall, the body of this coffee tastes smoky. However, that body is slightly masked by a toasty, almost nutty flavor. This combination provides an extremely unique flavor profile that, surprisingly, isn't as off-putting as I initially thought. I had to try it a few times before I developed an appreciation for this brew, though. The bitter smokiness does prevent this coffee from being a hot beverage for all occasions. In my experience, this coffee is most enjoyably consumed with foods that have some sweetness to them (e.g., french toast, desserts, etc). Depending on your tastes, this coffee may also work just fine as a stand-alone caffeinated pick-me-up beverage. However, in my experience, this coffee tastes bizarre when consumed alongside savory foods. It is also worth noting that this coffee does not have much of an aftertaste at all, which some people would prefer. Overall, it's worth giving this coffee a try, but keep in mind that your appreciation for it may depend on whether you consume it with food, and the types of food you consume along with it.

I love this coffee. I have that gene mutation that causes me to be particularly sensitive to bitterness, and there's nothing bitter about this roast. It doesn't taste like nuts, trees, or chocolate to me, just like coffee, and it's very even from start to finish. No weird after taste, no weird residue. If it were just a bit more complex, I would have given it five starts, but I'm happy to drink this day in, day out.

First of all, it has a funny, chemically smell to it and the first sip confirmed it. I don't know if it was just a bad cup but it was part of my ititial keurig sample pack. Either way, it definitely didn't sit well with me. Wolfgang Puck however, is MARVELOUS.

I've had Caribou Coffee from their shop and had always tasted great. When I moved to Phoenix a few years ago, I couldn't find Caribou, and since I'm not a fan of Starbucks, I stuck with McD's and Dunkin Doughnuts. When I bought my Keurig, I was so disappointed with this K-Cup. The Decaf Caribou tastes much better as has great flavor!

This is a great blend taste great and smooth, I can put any creamer with this and make a great cup of coffee. Usually when I get coffee I go for a blonde roast or morning roast. However this one was free from influencer. This will be the first to get drunk and then I’ll try the dark roast.

I have used foldgers coffee for years. Just bought a keurig to replace my old 4 cup coffee maker. Tried out the caribou blend that was in the free assortment and loved it instantly. I'm buying more of it. Great flavor. No bad after taste. Just right to me.
