I have heard the Caribou name and was excited to try this brand. Overall, I was disappointed. This was not very smooth and had a bitterness that I do not enjoy. I consider myself an Average Joe but I do like bold, strong coffees. I just want that boldness in a smooth, non-bitter cup. Personally, I feel like there are much better cups out there.

I found it rather flat when brewed on a 10 oz size setting. I add a bit of milk and two sugars. There is not enough taste, it tastes kind of like sipping warm milk with some sugar thrown in. It would probably be better off brewed on a smaller cup size setting and without adding milk to bring out the flavor. Slight sour aftertaste as well.

I'm no coffee afficianado; I just like a nice cup to start my day with the morning paper. This really fits the bill. It has great aroma and body, and really feels special right to the bottom of the cup. Don't know from acidity - Caribou just rolls smoothly off the palate. Try it - the newspaper will read better!!!

I LOVE this coffee. I have tried many different K-Cups since I got my brewer. Before having the Kureg I drank Chock Full O' Nuts religiously (a New York Coffee). Had a hard time find something that came close to that with the K-Cups; most were far too strong, or very weak, and I couldn't stand using grounds with the Kureg, found this at Sam's Club and haven't stopped drinking it since!

I just got my Keurig coffee maker and it had a mixed variety packed, one of which was the Caribou Coffee K-cup. This had to have been my favorite of the coffee pods with it's smooth flavor, pleasant aroma, and its versitility (milk and/or sugar and/or cinnamon or flavored creamer).

I love this coffee. I have that gene mutation that causes me to be particularly sensitive to bitterness, and there's nothing bitter about this roast. It doesn't taste like nuts, trees, or chocolate to me, just like coffee, and it's very even from start to finish. No weird after taste, no weird residue. If it were just a bit more complex, I would have given it five starts, but I'm happy to drink this day in, day out.

I am a Caribou coffee novice (limited availability in our region), but we received a couple of the Caribou Caribou blend k-cups in a variety pack. Neither of us were impressed. It is "just ok" as far as coffee goes. Overall I found it week, lacking any complex flavors what-so-ever, & in desperate need of additives (cream, sugar, chocolate syrup...something...and I normally drink black coffee). I don't know that we would try other Caribou coffees unless they were part of a variety pack, based off of this example. It would be a great cup of coffee if you needed to "slam one in a hurry though"...

I prefer a dark roast, which this is. Unfortunately Caribou Blend is far too bitter to drink. For comparison purposes of what I do drink, I love Peet's French Roast and Peet's Major Dickason. Both dark roasts without the insistent first taste of bitterness. I wish I could send this order back to Keurig. Good quality, bad taste.

I can agree with the bad reviews. I live only about 1 mile from the main office and they still will not respond when I tell them that my Keurig clogs up and will not produce a full cup. I told them that at the bottom of the cup it reads "PHOENIX and have given them all mfg. info. Too bad, this is all that I used in the past.

This is my go to coffee for when I need a wake me up! Really bold, strong, aromatic coffee! I love the smell of fresh coffee in the morning, and this pleases me every time with it's scent, look, and taste! This is definitely a stronger flavor versus a "normal" cup of coffee personally.
