We were there to buy tires. The clerk had a terrible customer service attitude. Tried to express gratitude to turn his attitude around but to no avail. The woman working that day were competent and kind. Please talk to him.

Sam's shouldn't sell the tires if they won't mount them!! Bought them in Madison and had to carry them to Pearl store to get them mounted!! Pearl store was very accommodating!

The tires are great. I always use this brand. The price was great. Not sure why but the two tires are replaced. Replaced black wall out while the other tires were on the vehicle for whitewall out. Also, the new tires were over inflated but the service was quick and the tires were balanced well.

Great deal on a great set of tires. They were on sale for a $ 100 dollars off of the set plus free installation for another 80 dollars off. Plus I got my Sam's plus member cedit card and got another $ 60 credit towards my purchase. Plus cash back on my credit card on my purchase for my next purchase at Sam's. You cant beat it. They also installed them that day while I was shopping and paged me when they were finished. Great Customer Service when I got my Sam's credit card and when I purchased my tires.
