Dash Mini 2-Cup Rice Cooker with Keep Warm Function, Choose Color

I struggled to cook the perfect bowl of rice. I used this machine and, voila, perfect rice. Im looking forward to steaming veggies next.

Love this rice maker, I use it for other items such as ravioli! It’s cute, quick, only 200watts, my electric bill has significantly decreased ($30/month) since using this rice maker and Dash pie maker for sliders, potatoes, small home made bean burritos, soup, lentils.. Also great to use with solar back up system since we always have power outages in Sierra Nevada Mountains of CA.

I kept seeing these rice cookers and thought I'd like to try one.  I figured there must be something to it or they wouldn't sell so many of them.  I think there's a name for that now FOMO or Fear of Missing Out.  Trust me, I wasn't missing out on anything.  My first batch turned itself off, but the rice was no where near done.  I tried another batch and it burned on the bottom.  There are too many pieces to wash and store.  I think I'll stick to my old microwave bowl for making my rice.  This one, while cute as it can be, is being returned.

I have conflicted feelings on this one. It works great so I didn't return it. Yes, you add max one "cup" of rice and roughly one "cup" of water, but you must get used to the size of the cup you are given. The included cup is slightly smaller than the true measurement of a "Cup". The amount of water needed is also less than I am used to so I must reference the paper cooking guide that's included. It would have been nice is the guide was printed on the side of the cooker. All in all, I use it nearly daily and the one cup of rice is still very filling even for a bigger guy like me.

Yes and no. No regrets but keep this in mind.
