Did all that was instructed. Bed came out perfect. Put a waterproof cover just in case there's any accidents. Sleep well now. I should've bought the 10 inch, but it's okay. Worth the money. Shipping was half the price of the bed. I recommend this bed if you're on a low budget.

I really like this Zinus memory foam mattress! Very comfortable! Firm yet it relieves the pressure points, from my legs and hips! I had a Zinus memory foam mattress that was over twenty years old, and in the last six months i started noticing it was time for a new mattress. I only gave it a four star review as here's hoping the new mattress lasts as long as the other Zinus i had! LOVE IT!

My husband and I bought this mattress to replace the one in the camper we just bought which was hard and uncomfortable. I bought the queen size which fit perfectly and is very comfortable. It was easy to get it in the camper since it comes in a roll. Also the sheets fit perfectly.

I bought this and finally got the old bed out and set up this new one. I did put a memory foam gel foam topper (about 2 extra inches) on top to keep me cool, but I like how this is performing so far. I would suggest getting an actual box spring type support as my bed is supported, but a little on the low side. Otherwise it's pretty comfy!

Bought this in a Twin for our 6yr old's loft bed. He's a big kid at 4.5 ft and 70lb and he hated his old spring mattress .Wanted in our bed every night and complained of pain to his back, and I was done with that. 8" foam mattress has been great. I fell asleep in his bed and it was comfy enough for me, supportive for my hips and shoulders on my side. For a kid it's great he says it's just as comfy as our bed now and loves it. Little to no odor , delivered in time. Easy to open and we only let it sit a few hours and it was ready to go.

There is now a class action lawsuit against this company for using loose fiberglass in these mattresses, which has caused serious respiratory illness and other health issues for a massive number of customers. If you care about your family's health or your own, steer clear of this brand and this style of mattress.

Received the mattress, let it expand, and it completely dips! We sink in towards the center when we lay on it. We took a nap on it, and my back hurts from trying not to roll towards the middle- similar to an air mattress. I didn't know memory foam could even do that?! How in the world would I even send it back?! We've had several memory foam mattresses and never had this happen. It's fine otherwise. Can I get a replacement? Not even sure how that works!

Showed up with a stain on it and didn't inflate more then 4 inches.

Thin and uncomfortable for someone with a bad back.

Bought 2 of them my kids love them. Soft, feels good. Pretty dang comfy!
