Did all that was instructed. Bed came out perfect. Put a waterproof cover just in case there's any accidents. Sleep well now. I should've bought the 10 inch, but it's okay. Worth the money. Shipping was half the price of the bed. I recommend this bed if you're on a low budget.

I really like this Zinus memory foam mattress! Very comfortable! Firm yet it relieves the pressure points, from my legs and hips! I had a Zinus memory foam mattress that was over twenty years old, and in the last six months i started noticing it was time for a new mattress. I only gave it a four star review as here's hoping the new mattress lasts as long as the other Zinus i had! LOVE IT!

My husband and I bought this mattress to replace the one in the camper we just bought which was hard and uncomfortable. I bought the queen size which fit perfectly and is very comfortable. It was easy to get it in the camper since it comes in a roll. Also the sheets fit perfectly.

I bought this and finally got the old bed out and set up this new one. I did put a memory foam gel foam topper (about 2 extra inches) on top to keep me cool, but I like how this is performing so far. I would suggest getting an actual box spring type support as my bed is supported, but a little on the low side. Otherwise it's pretty comfy!

Bought this in a Twin for our 6yr old's loft bed. He's a big kid at 4.5 ft and 70lb and he hated his old spring mattress .Wanted in our bed every night and complained of pain to his back, and I was done with that. 8" foam mattress has been great. I fell asleep in his bed and it was comfy enough for me, supportive for my hips and shoulders on my side. For a kid it's great he says it's just as comfy as our bed now and loves it. Little to no odor , delivered in time. Easy to open and we only let it sit a few hours and it was ready to go.

There is now a class action lawsuit against this company for using loose fiberglass in these mattresses, which has caused serious respiratory illness and other health issues for a massive number of customers. If you care about your family's health or your own, steer clear of this brand and this style of mattress.

Received the mattress, let it expand, and it completely dips! We sink in towards the center when we lay on it. We took a nap on it, and my back hurts from trying not to roll towards the middle- similar to an air mattress. I didn't know memory foam could even do that?! How in the world would I even send it back?! We've had several memory foam mattresses and never had this happen. It's fine otherwise. Can I get a replacement? Not even sure how that works!

I've purchased a box mattresses before & it's neat how it's packaged and transformed. Once removed from its packaging & plastic it starts to inflate. I don't know how long it took to get to it's mattress size, but it took longer than any other mattress I've had. Usually the mattress reaches its inflated max size within seconds to a minute. But with this one I had to actually walk away & run some errands & come back to check if the mattress had finished inflating. This may not be with all mattresses but mine took its time. But when I got back it was inflated . Since I did not sit & watch it I can't say as to how long it actually took. But it was more than 10 minutes at least. It's easy to move- not too heavy. One person can maneuver it. Now if you need a firm mattress, this is not the one for you. But if you prefer a softer touch to your mattress you may like this one.

Unboxing was easy and it took about 24 hours to take take shape before my 17 year old daughter decided she needed to sleep on it. She loves it! She says she gets such good sleep and that she doesn't get hot at night. Well you know I had to test it out for myself and yes, it does feel great! It hugs you and it's super comfy! It holds it shape extremely well and after a month of using it hasn't shown any signs of dipping.

Did not open it right away because I was not aware I was suppose to, however when I did it decompressed almost immediately. Got this for a 3 year old and she loves it! It is extremely soft and the green tea infusion is so relaxing. This mattress cannot be beat! Especially for the price!
