Shipping was fast and compact packaging was pretty impressive. I would have liked to keep the drawstring bag it was packaged in but it was impossible for me slide the mattress out by myself. I cut it off after about a half hour of tugging. I was able to move the (twin size) mattress to another room by myself after airing it out for a couple of hours. I was a little concerned about chemical odor, but I didn't find it to be a problem. I slept on it the first night I got it and didn't smell anything. I did place my memory foam pad on top as a barrier tho', which may have helped. I could probably sleep on this mattress without my extra memory foam. I laid down on it before making up my bed and it was a nice firm surface with just the right amount of "give". I replaced an older coil mattress which was sagging and offered no support where I need it most, under my bottom. It has performed well so far. I have been using it for a month with no complaints.

I never seen in my life better than this comfort. Specially price and quality and really awsome. If you see price wise look like free this mattress. I can't believe it until i see in my eyes. Trust customer this product its really great and nice quality or you say excellent quality and also delivery. I purchased before same like this mattress almost $600 dollars and I compare with that and found this one is better. Even old one 13 inch and this one 8 inch but this one is better than that. trust me. Now I am using both mattress 13 inch and 8 inch mattress but i feel this mattress is better than my old mattress even my wife and kids also feel this one is better. Value is more than what ever we expect 200 times. Don't waste your money expensive mattress please try this you will find better experience and value. Great! Great! Great! Excellent!!! Excellent!!! My only issue was that I ordered them online to ship to Fort Smith, AR; and they were pulled from CA and shipped across the US when there is a Sam's in Fort Smith, AR that they could have been shipped the very next day. That seemed a little ridiculous to me, why they didn't use the store in the same town and waste gas and time in travel and shipping expenses.

This mattress is so comfortable! It's low profile which works great with my son's bed. He loves it! I really like that the cover zippers off for washing. I must say, it does have a strange smell at first that goes away several days after opening. By far, the best quality & value.

bought for my granddaughters bed. She said it is so comfortable she doesn't want to get out of it. seems to be of good quality, I also purchased the 12 " queen size mattress and it is wonderful to sleep on. Great mattress for the price. As good as those other mattresses that are $2,500+.

We purchased 2 full and 1 queen to go with the Modern Studio Platform 1500H frames that we purchased. Each mattress comes in a box and is wrapped in plastic twice. We laid them out to let them fluff up and to my surprise, they didn't stink like some memory foam mattresses do. The price was good and they fit perfectly on top of the frame. Very happy so far!

I got my bed 9 days early. Unwrapping this wasn't easy but it was packaged very well. Even if it rained the bed would've been safe. I didn't touch it for 72 hours after I took it out to rise. Its firm but comfy. I'm 180 pounds and if I stand on it I can feel my bedframe but only barely. Great product for the price.

We have a large and boisterous family... the value of these mattresses allowed us to purchase several(5) at one time. When the girls got them they were all impressed with their comfort, even on the bunkbeds... when one of them hung a poster above her bed and then flopped onto the mattress expecting a bounce down, she gently settled into the mattress instead, thus ending yrs of the visious cycle of the flop leading to a bouncefest and everyone getting grounded... I love them! -very satisfied mom

I wish I had bought this a long time ago. I have sciatica nerve damage and it is almost impossible to sleep well or at all. This Night Therapy Memory Foam 8 inch Pressure Relief Mattress did the trick...UNBELIEVABLE!!! It is expensive, but well worth the money. I will buy another when that time comes. G. El Paso, TX
