I purchased the 10" and the 8" night therapy mattresses. The 8" was for my toddler daughters bed and fit perfectly in the wooden bed frame I purchased online. The 8" mattress is very comfortable and it had little smell, but we still aired it out over a few days. So far so good! I took some naps on it and it feels great and I am sure it will be a great bed for her for years. It had a little bit of odor, but dissipated over a few days. For our bedroom, we sold our Soft Sided water bed and put the money toward a King size 10" mattress. Initially I was worried that 10" might not be enough, but after spending some time on my daughters 8", I knew 10" would be ok. The box and frame came in separate boxes, so it was easier to manage carrying upstairs. The frame was quick and easy to setup and came with a generic dust ruffle. The bed took two people to carry upstairs since it was bulky. We opened the box and dumped it out onto the frame, and then opened the plastic that that the mattress was in. The mattress expanded over the next couple of days and it had a pungent odor. We left the bedroom window open during the day, and after letting it air out for 3 days it's perfectly fine. The 10" gives you that 'Sinking Feeling' and is initially firm but quickly becomes comfortable. Excellent value and feel like high quality products for both of the units I purchased. I had both units shipped to my door, which was invaluable since I don't own a truck.

Using this mattress with bunk bed tip: Purchase a masonite sheet to lay on top of the slats to support this mattress - very inexpensive and home improvement big box story will cut to size. Also, carefully measure the space compared to the specs of this mattress. All twins are not created equal. These twins are much larger than the ones we replaced and I held my breath not sure it would fit in the space. It barely did but sheet changing on the top bunk is going to be rough. Now for the review: We bought these as replacement mattresses for our children's medal frame bunk beds. Realizing firmness/softness is subjective I thought these were supper hard but said nothing to our kiddos in case they didn't notice. Well they did notice and complained like the dickens. I even cancelled a pick up I'd scheduled for our old mattresses concerned we might need them. They complained every night for a week until I ended up purchasing an inexpensive topper off Walmart.com hoping and praying that would do the trick. Fortunately it did. A week after adding the topper, the last thing my daughter said to me on her way to bed tonight was that she loves her new bed. Thank goodness! I was looking for something softer to start with but could find nothing less firm in a twin size at Samsclub.com

Unpacking was easy and the mattress unfolded to over 7" immediately. Within 2 hours it was at the full 8" thickness. There was a warning enclosed about the odor but this was my 2nd one of these and neither had any odor whatsoever. It is just the right firmness to give me a good night's rest and my arthritic body really appreciates that! I would highly recommend this product to anyone with back or neck pain.

Last set of mattresses (Sealy's from Sears with pillow tops - Twin Long) lasted only 4 years before they became deformed. For about half the price...this mattress seems to be just the thing for a comfortable nights sleep. I intend to pick up a second in a few weeks. I'm hoping the memory foam lasts at least 5 years (like my daughter's 2-in, 4lb topper has). I'd give it higher ratings but it's too early to tell how long the mattress will last.

My wife has a hospital bed, due to a broken leg. We tried several options, but could not get her comfortable. I ordered this mattress and she sleeps better than she has in quite a while. A Tempur-pedic in this size is $1224.00. I sure am glad I found this one. If you need a comfortable mattress at a phenominal price, look no further. Thank you Sam's Club for a great product at an even greater price.

Bought this for a guest bedroom. My neices and nephews love it (11 yrs old and younger). It is comfy, my husband and I tried it out. Not thick enough to be an every day mattress for adults. Perfect for side sleepers. I rotate from my side to my back, so wasn't for me. Maybe the thicker version would be better for adults. Wouldn't recommend a full memory foam mattress if you are a stomach sleeper. Good value and comfort for a guest bed or child bed.

If you are not allergic to this type mattress then it is an excellent buy. Not long before ordering this, I bought a Carswell Serta mattress from Sams. It is wonderful! I wanted to try the Foam for a twin in our spare bedroom so ordered this one. All was well until we couldnt get the smell out of it and laying on it I found that I got headaches and felt bad. Had to return it and luckily Sams had just added a Twin Carswell, YAY! Returned the foam to our Club for a No Hassle refund and the Great Carswell is on the way. Love dealing with Sams, wont buy foam again though.

Mattress arrived neatly in a box which was easy to carry upstairs into our attic room. Within minutes of opening the mattress, it expanded to queen size. The mattress NEVER had an odor. The price was so reasonable, even with the $27 shipping, I couldn't have bought one cheaper anywhere and I did alot of online research before I bought it. It is the most comfortable mattress we have ever had. No more back and shoulder pains! Mattress is on a platform bed. Very satisfied with purchase and quality. We love it and recommend it highly!!

Its hard to believe that you can take a king size mattress and lay it on the floor and go right to sleep and wake up with no aches and pains. Even better put it on a box spring. Awesome. I even had a memory foam topper that I put on it and took it off because this is better.

This mattress helps with back pain incurred during everyday activities. I sleep soundly and comfortably all night. Others have mentioned an odor, but that goes away relatively quickly and you barely notice it after you put bed sheets and a comforter on the mattress. I'm very glad I purchased this mattress. The price was reasonable, and the mattress quality is great.
