It's a vitamin, who knows if this is working right or not till my next annual physical in November of 2024, unless I take it to a lab and get it annualized.

I am very disappointed about these having increased Zinc. I was not prepared for this. Zinc doesn't "sit " to well with me, makes me feel unwell in increased doses. If i had known before purchase, I would not have purchased this. If
