If you are looking for an easy to set up firm mattress , this is the one! Will need at least two people to unload and set up because it does weigh a bit. Easy to assemble just unwrap and lay on your box spring or anything flat! It does take a couple days to relax but once mattress gets to room temperature. It’s prefect for anyone who needs FIRM!

Unboxed this mattress put on the bed let it expand for about 8 hours then I laid on it and it felt like I was floating on a cloud so comfy. My sore muscles and sore back improved probably was time to replace other mattress. I would highly recommend its medium firm but not too firm. Just the right comfort, really enjoying my sleep and a good mattress makes a difference.

This bed replaced my sons full sized bed and he thinks it is very comfortable. It is listed as medium to firm but it feels like it is more on the firm side. My husband found it to be the perfect firmness but I prefer a bed that I can sink into since I am a side sleeper.

Previously we’ve always purchased mattresses/beds in person. The ability to purchase a mattress and have it mailed to you is super convenient! The mattress came inside a box that seemed small for a queen size mattress. It was heavy but manageable, more so than moving a queen sized mattress around. The box appeared to be marked with small holes and tears but the mattress inside was wrapped very well and showed no marks from the areas on the box. We followed the directions to open the mattress and it was amazing to see the compact packing release and the mattress “puff” up to full size. The directions recommended 24 hours before sleeping on it. This mattress had a medium gray patterned, zippered cover on it that is very soft. The mattress is firm without being hard. Sleeping on one side didn’t affect the mattress or the person sleeping on the other side at all. Meaning no rolling to the center or being jostled when my husband and moved around. This mattress is very comfortable and gives good support to side sleepers (me) and back sleepers (husband) alike. And you can’t beat the convenience of having it delivered to your door!

My first experience with a bed in the box mattress and I couldn’t be happier. The ease of having a mattress delivered to my home. The ease of set up was a big plus. The most important factor is the comfortable mattress. It is like sleeping on a cloud. I had less tossing and turning to get comfortable therefore a great night’s sleep. A good sleep is important to my overall health and energy. I could not be happier. The quality and ease of setup made the experience an A++.

I had read the reviews about bad shipping from Sam's club and I ignored them. That's on me. TL;DR Don't order a bed from Sam's Here's my story. Sam's promised a bed delivery today. No bed showed up. I get on chat with a Sam's associate and they tell me the same thing the website said, "In progress." They said they would escalate it and couldn't promise a delivery date. I requested a refund. The associate refused and said it must be escalated before I get a refund. So, now I'm out a few hundred bucks and don't have a bed.

Too soft

We purchased this item a year ago and my husband and I are extremely pleased with the mattress. The firmness is exactly as described, the edges do not sag (as I noticed some reviews from other mattresses indicated), and it is so comfortable. It is well made and easy to set-up. Box it a little heavy but way lighter and easier to maneuver than a normal a mattress.

This mattress we ordered was medium to firm, it stands for it ,its not to soft , The mattress holds its shape , The corners are strong , and easy to put on a fitted sheet. The cover on the mattress is very soft.
