Its yummy on its own or used as a base for smoothies. I enjoy this occasionally as I'm not a fan of coconut but it's a great alternative to Gatorade. Its much healthier and does a better job at hydrating me after a rough workout or an hot day at work.

I love coconut water but it all doesn't taste equally. Vita Coco has a clean creamy yet not overbearing taste I love in my coconut water. A subtle sweetness but not sugary. No weird ingredients or chemical taste. Can't beat the fact it's a way to get electrolytes etc. I also like the carton packaging over cans.

Great coconut water flavor and convient bottle if I can't finish it all at one time. I usually buy this brand vs. other brands because they are generally a little cheaper than other brands but still have great quality. I will definelty be picking up more now that the weather is heating up.
