Coconut water suppose to lower your blood pressure when you drink it daily. This one won't, as it contains plenty of sodium. I taste different kind of coconut water since where I came from coconut fruits are everywhere. This one taste plain. Even not like a taste of young coconut fruit. Probably contain 30% real coconut fruit water, the rest just plain water with sodium.

i started drinking these coco vita drinks, because I was told it was good for my body, especially I wanted to switch from juice to coco water, I wanted to loose weight, since I started working out, well, honestly. this drinks is as far taste gets with the natural coco water, I have tried other brands, and they can never compare to this brand flavor, however, since they are artificial it really wont taste like the real deal, put it does definite taste like it.

I love coconut water has a great source of potassium so when I'm sweating a lot it definitely gives me what I need. There is an much for improvement it has a nice packaging it taste good is recently priced I love the new twist Cap so I can close it if I'm not gonna drink the whole thing.
