This is an acquired taste; the first time I had one I didn’t like it. But now whenever I feel a little less-than, especially if it’s any kind of nausea, this gets me feeling on again. I give it four instead of five since it’s not as fresh as some of the more expensive brands.

Vita Coco is one of the top coconut waters on the market in regards to flavor! It has the perfect amount of sweetness to it. I love drinking this at breakfast in the morning. I recommend drinking it ice cold in a cup with a few of your favorite fruits in the water.

This flavor is way BETTER than the original coconut flavor! This has always been my FAVORITE and I NEVER want to share it with anyone else! Haha! The packaging is super cute! The size is super convienient as well! I do believe that the oz that's served is enough for a child as well. I love how real of the drink tastes without it being artificial. It really encourages children and adults how to choose a healthier lifestyle. I only do hope is that they make the juice a little bit bigger because my son, husband, and I tend to want more after! When I’m craving for a beach feeling, specially during winter time, or a drink that is not that sweet but still gives me a bit of a “juice” feelings this is my go to. It goes with all sorts of meals! Also is highly hydrating, and surprisingly makes you feel you feel full.

I really love the coconut water as I struggle a little with potassium deficiencies and this has been helping me to keep things in balance. But it has quite a bit of sugar in it so it really accumulates. I don’t think it’s added sugar, just how coconuts are but just be mindful of it if you’re watching your sugar consumption
