Pretty good, not my go to drink but love how hydrated it makes me feel. Must drink cold the colder it is the better it tastes. It's very consistent but would love an energy drink one. Nothing like caffeine and hydration with no carbonation.

Hydration!! This is the answer!! This works well when your breastfeeding as well for me. I love it. The taste isn't bad either more like a small hint of sweetness but more coconut flavor because it's mostly coconut.
