These bottles are really great on the go! Especially if you want just a little more electrolytes than regular water, I highly recommend this. It’s my favorite coconut water that comes out of a carton. Obviously, it won’t smell and taste exactly like a coconut from a farmers market. But, it is a great option for those who live in a climate that doesn’t have coconuts available year-round

I can drink this almost every day. Great to take out after training and also good to drink after illness!
