Vita coco Coconut water is the best coconut drink ice tried. (Other than actual coconut water). It's so refreshing and hydrating. Its my go to drink when I need some hydration.

This is the only liquid I like to use in my daily green smoothies. It adds a hint of flavor but mainly is SO hydrating. Adds potassium and vitamins as well. I don’t like it on its own but in smoothies it is perfect.

I’m not a juice girl but I do enjoy coconut milk especially when im hungover. Works fairly decent at hydrating you but is a much thicker substance than regular water so if you can put up with that I definitely recommend.

Ew. It’s okay, but I’ve had way better coconut water. I grew up in a coastal area with natural coconuts, and the water tasted different and better than this. But this coconut water is convenient.
