I hate the taste

I use this everyday. I always put it in my smoothies for extra hydration! If you do not like coconut, it does not matter because you can hardly taste any!

Taste great i mix it with regular water and some water flavoring to give is a little more of a taste and it's great. Price was good. And they are small enough to throw in my purse or bag for on the go
