One piece was not pre-drilled. One top "ball" does not tighten (stripped). Back catches on my belt as I try to stand.

I purchased the rocking chair 4 days ago. We started putting together and realized we were missing both rockers. I have tried calling Sam’s club without any answer and have also reached out the manufacturer an and have not received a response.

Pretty to assemble with tools included but I used an electric driver and it was easier.

This chair is comfortable, sturdy and looks great too!

Polywood chairs

Very sturdy but has a cheap look and seats are not for fat people.

Easy to assemble

Picked a pair of these to put on our front porch. They are nice basic rockers that look good out front. Comfortwise I would give these a 3. Not entirely a forgiving rocker to sit in...definitely one that would benefit from seat cushions. The finneals on the top screw in so without them attached looks like the Presidential rocker model from Polywood. After assembly and looking them over we can see the nail brad heads on the front portions where your back goes. While one has to scrutinize the rockers to see them, it is a 'you cannot unsee it' once we have noticed it. Overall a nice basic value rocker that certainly will hold up to the elements. We decided to return them though and purchased a higher quality set via Polywood's main website.
