I've been purchasing these bags of wings every month for about a year. The last handful of bags we've purchased have been full of feathers. Like, I've ended up: - Sitting at my dinner table with a lighter, burning the excess feathers off before I eat them - Throwing away pieces of chicken because there was no way I was going to stand there and pick dozens of LARGE chicken feathers off of meat that has supposedly been processed and cleaned already. I'm going to just pay the extra dollar a pound and get these from my actual grocery store. I never had this problem with wings purchased elsewhere. And yes, like other reviews said, some of these pieces are LARGE. Like, the kind of large that makes you ask 1) if this is really chicken and 2) what kind of steroids these birds are on....

Bought an air fryer and tried a few different brands of wings to taste test. These wings were by far the best. As close a BW3 wings you can get without going there. 30 minutes in the air fryer, hand spun in my favorite sauce, down the hatch. I highly recommend these if you like making at home wings.

This chicken is black inside. Not only is the blackness nasty like the plague had hit these chickens, all of the feathers left over should make you vomit. This is not my first time buying these chicken wings. I thought after some time (1year ) that maybe these have improved only to find out they are worse.

These wings used to be great about a year or so ago. Now, however, they are terrible, small chick like wings, could even be pigeons. Disgusting broken bone shards that could easily get stuck in your throat. DON'T BUY these. I always thought Sam's produce was better than Walmart, but now it seems Sam's is the dumping ground for crap that Walmart can't sell.

Purchased these before covid and decided to give another shot, now I understand what other reviews are saying. Do not buy! Feathers, random pieces of chicken( not wings) and a lot of fat. Taking a loss on these and never purchasing again! I wish I could give 0 stars.

I'll stick to fresh wings. These have an odd texture. They are tough, rubbery and dry, even the flats. It has to be that broth and salt solution they're injected with. Years ago, the wing portions were just frozen wings, they weren't injected with anything. These things are a mess. If you put them in the air fryer or oven and check on them once they start cooking, you can see how they start to shrivel up. By the time they're done, the meat clings to the bone and they are not juicy like a real wing. So what starts out looking like a regular wing portion, ends up looking like a tiny over cooked Cornish hen wing. Even breading and frying is useless. I guess if you like dry, tough chicken then these are for you. Otherwise don't waste your money.

We purchased days before Superior Bowl. After chicken was unthawed I literally had to clean feathers from every other piece, some of drumsticks meat was off bone then some wigs were omg split in half. Bag was not ready to cook and had to throw over 10 pieces away.

I've been purchasing these wings from Sam's for years and all of a sudden the quality is subpar. Many of the wings are deformed (not regular formed flats or drummets). The taste is even off. I'm truly disappointed. Maybe they changed manufacturers, but this was a terrible move.

This bag of wings use to be great but the quality has went down tremendously and the price has doubled from $22 to now $40 basically. All of these wings are now coming with feathers still I'm their place, some of the feathers are so bad even if you try to look over them and just pick them yourself it's still to many and can be seen after chicken has been cooked. This is nasty and for the price we shouldn't be having deformities or feathers in our bags of wings.
