I have been buying MM chicken wings for years. Great for family dinners and sporting events. But the recent purchase of MM chicken were the culls! Broken bone pieces made them difficult to eat and share. They were mostly bone, skin, joint cartilage and no MEAT. DO 🚫 SERVE TO CHILDREN!

Great taste

These wings were sometimes hit or miss in the past, but the last few bags I purchased were consistently good. There were only 1-2 miscuts/bruised pieces per bag, and each bag yielded about 65 wingettes of decent size, shape and appearance. The shrinkage after cooking was minimal, and they browned nicely when air fried (or convection roasted in my oven). I am one who believes in "cleaning" chicken, and these sometimes have feathers and a waxy film that I carefully remove with a paring knife blade against my thumb in a vinegar/water solution. In my experience, removing the film makes the wings' seasonings stick and their cooked color more uniform.
