I have been using this product for several years and have been happy with it. There was an occasional wing that the bone was broken or a feather or two but nothing serious. I have found numerous wings with broken bones and some were only a half of a wing in the bag I have now. Tonight I fixed 11 wings and two were only partial wings and four had broken bones in them. It's hard to tell if the bone is broken when they have BBQ sauce on them. It's not a pleasant experience when you end up with a mouth full of broken bone. Fortunately we haven't swallowed any of the bones yet.

Wing very small

First time buying these. Found a few with feathers. A lot had permeated bone marrow (unappetizing black stuff) All of that aside, do people think these are a bargain? When you cook these even in sous vide you should see how much solution is yielded vs fresh wings. You're paying for all that water and salt in the net weight of that bag, versus paying about 70 cents more for fresh wings without freezing bone marrow stuff, feathers and other stuff. The amount of solution that came out after SV was crazy.
