Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with Members Mark Chicken Wing Drummettes and Flats, Tish. Like with all Members Mark products, the recent change from whole to cut chicken wings was driven by member feedback. Many members told us they liked the “drum” portion best, while others prefer the “flat.” With the full flavor of a whole wing, and the convenience of a cut wing for dipping and eating, we’ve provided variety and something for everyone in the family. Offered in an all-new convenient, easy-store package, selected for Sam’s Club members with extraordinary value in mind, we stand behind our products with our Member’s Mark 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We invite you to visit your favorite Sam’s Club location for a full refund, or to exchange your product, if you’re not completely satisfied.
