Easy to use in so many dishes! Fantastic flavor. Such a good value buy, too. We’ve used in great dishes with chicken, or shrimp, or rice. The obvious smoothie, ice cream, sorbet, or popsicle. This item could single-handed make this summer so much better! Please, please, please.

Purchased to use as a topping for vanilla ice cream and for mango salsa. They taste delicious as a topping on ice cream and will try them on mango salsa next to serve with shrimp. My daughter and I tried them on their own and even though they are good, both agreed fresh mangos taste better on their own, but are a bit messy to eat.

So it’s definitely not as good straight out of the jar but here’s the trick to making it a summer time favorite. Put the slices of mango on the grill and season it with Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cinnadust seasoning blend. About 5 minutes each side on a hot grill, and you’ll have dessert that tastes better than peach cobbler! It was a random and instant favorite at our pool party. I would also probably refrigerate and possibly serve with ice cream!

Hassle free of not having to cut and peel mangos and very delicious.Not the same as fresh mango as the texture is a little different and not as firm but overall quality is good and a quick way to have some mango. I just like to eat mine plain sliced up while my wife ate some chopped up with some tajin on it. In my opinion any canned or jarred fruit doesn't taste the same as fresh but these are a quick and easy way to enjoy mango. Would purchase again as the price is not a bad deal for how many are in the jar.

TASTE HORRIBLE!!! Being from a Caribbean island with access to dozens of different types of mangos growing everywhere, I assure you this is not it. I’m not even getting the taste of peaches like some reviews mentioned. The texture is soft and slimy, very unpleasant. I bought the jar just becase I was hungry while shopping, huge mistake. Save your money and do not buy this jar. Frozen mangoes (even Great v brand) taste 100 times better.

These preserved mangoes are yummy and as close as I can to fresh in season mangoes as possible. In many cases, it tastes better than off season real mangoes. Nibble on a little plain or better yet, Mix with plain yogurt and possibly granola as a treat.

We were impressed. We were expecting 'canned' texture/flavorless fruit; but these are pretty good! Great substitute for fresh ones when they are not available. I ate them as treats with my lunches a couple of days, and Mr. made mango salsa and it was pretty tasty! Definitely worth it.

The 5 star reviews came from people who don’t have taste buds. I love mangos and I knew when I purchased these that they wouldn’t compare to fresh mangos…but these taste like you dropped a canned mango into a lake and then retrieved it 10 days later and put it in a jar. 0/10. Don’t recommend.

I’ve ate Mangoes since I been a kid even fresh from Puerto Rico and like others said they kinda taste like a mushy peach and not sweet. Maybe they work for yogurt or something but the taste is not there . I waisted $6 which I don’t like throwing money away.

I thought by purchasing these in a glass container and with less ingredients it would be ok. They are mushy and have a weird aftertaste that I can’t explain. I wanted to be able to used them for sticky rice.. but not happening. Member’s mark missed the mark on these.
