the only good thing about this pillow is the pillow case. i took it off and out it on my old pillow because its nice and cool. the pillow itself is trash. no support whatsoever! its just a big marshmallow.

Perfect to put under the legs while sleeping if you have back problems.

I like the firmness at times. Good support for back when sitting up, too.
