Soft have to fluff it but it's cool to touch and like memory foam

I love this pillow and it halos me sleep every night.

The pillow I received seems old, not expanding evenly, has hard little spots on it.

Out of all the memory foam pillows I had this never got broken down and had to go get more

Bright colored hard to lose. Comfortable and easy to put back into shape

This pillow is ultra soft and cooling. Not very firm
