I have been looking at adjustable bases for some time. I happened to need a new mattress also. With my research I chose the split king adjustable base with the flex mattress. I absolutely love it!! Back pain was gone immediately! I am in love with the zero gravity setting! Set-up was seamless and really couldn’t be made easier! Shipping was fast! I was a little uneasy about buying a mattress sight unseen.... but this purchase was one of my best ever!!! Very Happy

I replaced a traditional king-size mattress (quite firm) and box springs with a king-size GhostBed Flex mattress and Adjustable Bed Frame. A key component in my decision making was the ability to have White Glove Delivery since the old mattresses needed to be removed and the new frame and mattress installed on the second floor of a townhouse. Apparently GhostBed had only recently entered into an arrangement with a third-party provider for the installation and delivery, and that did not go as smoothly as expected. The first delivery was aborted because the delivery crew’s directions did not specify installation. A call to GhostBed the next day identified the problem and a new delivery was scheduled a week later (due to availability). This time, the crew was prepared to install, but apparently had not been trained on how to install. They did not use the directions, were not aware that the frame had to be synched for a king mattress, and were not completely COVID compliant. Two requests had to be made before one of the crew members pulled his mask up over his nose. However, they did eventually get the mattress and frame installed and cleaned up well. I only have two weeks of experience so far sleeping on the bed, but I am finding it perfect so far. The mattress is very comfortable, form fits to my body, yet does not feel too soft, and the adjustable frame is more quiet than I was expecting. I think I need more time to be completely sure, but thus far, I am very happy with my product decision.

A bed should be an investment and the ghostbed is worth the investment! As a side and back sleeper I wanted supportive firmness with a plush coolness and the ghostbed luxe is where it’s at! I ordered a king size with the adjustable bases and a one person installation was a breeze. I fall asleep faster, stay asleep better, and wake up feeling more refreshed with less hours slept vs my old junky spring mattress. You won’t want to leave your bed once you wake up it’s that comfy. The massage feature is also nice to have.

Love the mattress. It’s a bit shorter than expected, especially when raising head. Wish it came in CA split king. Also might have been easier to make the beds. Has helped back pain by sometimes raising head and legs, don’t always need to. Keep remote close by so I can change positions easily.

However, the mattress is a little too hard for us. Otherwise you guys have the best customer service I have experienced in years! You tried to accommodate us in so many ways. We love the base and will enjoy our Ghostbed with our new topper. Sincerely, Kathryn

I was hesitant to spend the money but was dealing with some neck and back pain and I am SO glad I made the investment! It’s incredibly comfortable, I love the adjustable base, and it’s amazing that I cannot feel my husband roll over in the night. Very easy to assemble. Customer service is also spot on!!

I have to admit we were skeptical about purchasing a bed online, however I have to admit we are both very pleased. We have slept comfortably for about the last month since our purchase. I suffer from back pain and the need for an adjustable base. My wife however prefers the stable base. We purchased the split king and couldn't be happier. The mattresses are very comfortable. I would recommend this bed.

Received my adjustable base and my GhostBed flex in a queen size. We absolutely love it. It is not too firm and not too soft but just right for both my spouse and myself. It is great to be able to adjust the head to keep from snoring. I would strongly recommend this bed to anyone on the market for a new bed.

The mattress is very comfortable. We went with the split king but wish we had done the full king mattress. The gap is very noticeable and there is no way to keep the mattresses from sliding apart slightly. When I contacted about a possible return for a full king they told me they don’t do returns for size reasons .

We selected a split king Flex and Luxe and we’re told the mattresses are same size but there is difference. Flex is shorter in length and taller in height. This gives an uneven appearance to our bed. Looking into exchanging one for the other. Delivery took a lot longer than the advertised 2-3 business days Still not sure if it has reduced back pain and shoulder pain
