First class all the way ...the rep. I ordered from over the phone was excellent... shipping was quick it came in two different shipments a couple days apart. Did not get the white glove delivery* i have had mine a month now and don't know how i could sleep with out this set up... i use the foot massage every night set the level on the 2 of 3 speeds available and the time on 30 min. and good to go! I would definitely buy again.. BTW i like a firm mattress so i went with the base mattress perfect for me.

It is great. I love my Split King bed. But one problem. I told the person that the bed would be separated. You sent the split king sheets. The bottom fits the 2 mattress but the king size top sheet is usuless toys. The beds are separated and need twin size top sheets as well. Disappointed

I installed my bed which was fairly easier that most other beds and didn't take long at all to set up. Assembly was even easier to follow. Instructions for the remote do not fully explain what the functions are: like the ZG button, haven't discovered what it does yet and the pamphlet does not say either. You can't play with the remoter too often though, it says it will reset on you. I know I don't want get caught in between the bed if decides to fold up on me while in it. LOL :)

I have the adjustable base combo, with the matrix 3d mattresses in a split king. I love the ability to get comfortable and put my feet and head a bit elevated while my husband is able to stay flat. We connected the bases (which sit inside my bed frame) with straps, so they wouldn't separate, as we have kids who occasionally find their way to our bed, and we didn't want any little arms or legs pinched. I am not stiff and sore any more in the mornings, and my husband has had less of back pain. We are very pleased with the bed. The downside is that when we have adult time, the bases seem to move. We do have wood floors, so maybe just need to put grippers under the legs. Also, I need to come up with a solution for my robotics vacuum, as the cords get tangled in it. But, these are minor kinks, that need to be solved, as this kind of bed is new to us. Every contact I have had with the company has been super helpful and I get a manuscript emailed to me for my reference, which I really appreciate. I feel comfortable purchasing from this company and the product is really great! We have had the bed set up and used for about a month.

My old mattress was still in good shape after 30 years but it was too firm for my aging hips. The ghost bed is the perfect combination of softness and support, my sleeping is now very good. I like raising the head instead of having two pillows. Now when I set the bed back to flat, I feel the strain on my back and realize how it was effecting my comfort, very nice to be able to adjust.

It’s one of the best mattresses I’ve ever had. I mean, for that price, it very well better be the best mattress I’ve ever had. It was delivered in two days, the functions all work properly, set up was easy, and my sleep has definitely improved. I wish the massage function would go higher than 30 minutes, though. GhostBed is what I have been enjoying for last four years. It kindly addresses all the physical needs that you have while sleeping. It is basically the similar bed that is found in the hospitals to meet the needs of all kinds of patients. I personally suggest this to bought by others too as it does meet resting issues for the body.

The Ghost Bed with the Venus Williams mattress is still brand new to me, but, I'm hoping it will work well for helping me get better sleep since I've had problems with a bad hip, and haven't been able to lay in a flat bed for several years. This way I can adjust the feet and head to get just the right angles and I'm hoping I won't have to sleep most of my nights in a recliner chair anymore!

Money well spent! I've been loving my Ghostbed and adjustable base for a month now and it's purrrfect! I thought my elderly cat would be terrified by the movement and massage on but it actually sounds like it's purring so she loves it! I was sceptical of memory foam in a box bc I like a firm bed. This thing fluffed up quick and isn't quicksand at all! I'm 5'2" 280lbs and I can turn over just fine. Zero gravity mode legit made me cry lol it feels so good on the back! Thanks Ghostbed
