I had a hard time removing the protective film, so i just left most of it. Extra shiny if you remove it though. Love the chasing lights and it's bigger than i expected.

It took some time to peel off the clear protective film!! Having difficulty deciding how to store it as it doesn't fit into original box well. Neighbors and I did enjoy the new Halloween decoration--a "purple" spider.

Very cool, and all the kids love it, and the colors. Only reason didn't give 5 stars is the packaging. Peeling off the protective layer of plastic over each part was tedious and time consuming. But, overall, really love how it looks.

As many other reviews suggest, the protective film on the spider is very time consuming to remove, but it’s worth it! This decoration is super cool and unlike many others out there. I can’t wait to put it outside! When assembling, put a movie on and take the 45 mins or so to pull the film off the plastic, helps it go by faster lol

So cool looking. Actually appears to be walking towards you. Only complaint was having to take all of the cellophane off of it....

I recently bought 3 spiders, 2 work and look amazing! One however is malfunctioning and turns off randomly.

The spider stands out in the landscape both day and night. It is large, brightly iridescent during the day and flashes brightly at night.

It has been great all season long! The pieces do not completely separate so it takes up more room than I expected to store, but it's worth it.

I love the souder But whoever had it wrapped in cellophne should have thought about what theyvwere doing. The parts should have been wrapped after each piece was assembled with wire. Plastic was up under.the fastners
