The ice cream itself is phenomenal -- I mean, that's what Haagen-Dazs is known for. The chocolate coating is the perfect thickness (or perhaps I should say thinness) -- just enough to give you that chocolate flavor without it overpowering the vanilla ice cream. The almond bits really drive a "wonderful" ice cream bar into the "perfect" range. 10 out of 10 starts!

It's the perfect blend of taste and texture. Sweet and rich, the chocolate coating was perfect, and I loved all the nuts. Would definitely buy again. I tried both the full size and the mini size, and they were both great; probably preferred the mini size a bit more.

I especially love the large pieces of chopped and toasted California almonds that are mixed into the yummy and thick milk chocolate coating. The almonds and coating are crunchy and flavorful. The coating pairs perfectly with the creamy vanilla ice cream that’s made with Madagascar vanilla. I like that the ingredient list is quite short and simple and the ingredients are recognizable. I would definitely recommend these delicious ice cream bars to almond lovers looking for a decadent treat
