[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the refrigerator overall, except for the designer ice cube maker. Never has worked right. Bangs like someone is banging on your front door. Ice cubes comes out in one clumb instead of 3 balls. Waiting for a replacement. Disappointed since this ice cube maker was one of the main reasons we bought this model. Was told by the repairman that he has already replaced it twice on another refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we have had this fridge for a few months now. This fridge replaces and older LG fridge. The design feature are a huge improvement. we especially like the middle drawer. The craft ice maker is incredible. initially we thought it was a little hokey but it is now our go to ice. the fridge was delivered with one minor flaw, a crack in the plastic in-door shelf where a screw was over tightened. The LG service tech has been awesome to work with and LG even offered to buy back the fridge but we decided to wait for the part.

Love the stainless steel look in the kitchen and the insta door for easy access to frequently used items like milk butter and soft drinks. We used the convertible drawer as a refrigerator currently but it is great to know we could convert to a freezer if need be.

Two years of ownership and the fridge makes a buzzing noise that has gotten louder over the months. Their customer service refuses to help you the first time you call, so you have to call twice. The craft ice maker has an issue about once a month and has to be fully removed and defeated. The fridge door with the ice maker in it is heavy and slams hard unless you baby it closed every time.

Door in door works great. Custom Temp drawer is awesome, so handy for frequently accessed items. Have to keep Ice Plus on all the time to keep up with ice demand. We are week 3 and craft ice is still not a full clear circle but seems to be getting better. Took about 7 days for fridge temp to reach desired 36 degrees. Freezer went to desired temp quickly. Overall, we are enjoying it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoyimg many of the features of my new fridge. Dont care about wifi,but no complaint. Craft ice maker quit after 3 months! Customer service gave us over to a supposed local repair company who has never returned our call! Ice maker working again.. no idea how,why? Just hoping it does not quit again as we have little faith it will be fixed and expect to be told its no longer under warranty. I know, a bit cynical, but we'll see. Right now, love the fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator for our new home last month and have not been disappointed. Loads of space and the craft ice maker is the bomb! The only complaint we would have is the wi-fi will not connect.

We have had this refrigerator about 3 weeks now. My only complaint is that the upper or main part of the fridge does not go down to the 33 degrees it allows me to set it to. Yes I know that opening and closing the door can have an impact on this. But I put an after market thermometer inside that tells me the daily high and low temp of the fridge as well as the current temp. I will say it stays between 35 and 42. Even over night it will get as warm as 41 degrees. In my opinion it should go to and stay at the temp you set it at especially overnight. Daytime not so much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There’s nothing not to like. The tap on insta window in an ingenious and convenient feature we like most. The reversible top drawer can chill or freeze as needed not to mention the extra interior space with the indoor ice maker. Thanks LG!
