[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this fridge for just over 2 months and are liking it so far. We didn’t have much of an option as we needed a specific size during the pandemic and this is what we got, so we spent way more than we wanted. It’s pretty roomy for the size but we’ve had to get creative about moving shelves and utilizing the middle drawer. The craft ice is cool but I think we’ll use it more when we’re able to host friends over. The ice in the door has a tendency to fall on the floor, but the extra large space allows me to put water in a kettle much easier than our last fridge. We did put the freezer at the recommended temperature to get craft ice and it was making our freezer too frosty so we bumped it up. I really like the door in door feature. I’m hoping this lasts us a very long time!

We love everything about this fridge except the noise. The size is perfect for our space & with all the ways to store stuff we find we have plenty of room. We love the flexible drawer. The glass door is stupid & a waste of money, but the storage in the door behind it is great. we don't have to open the whole fridge just to get the milk out. The reason for only 3 stars is the buzzing/rattling sound the compressor makes. It vibrates the whole fridge & sounds like an old Harley Davidson motorcycle. So annoying! I can hear it upstairs at the other end of the house with the door shut. Maybe ours is a lemon & you'll get lucky, but no matter how I adjust the feet or slide the unit around in its space, it just keeps buzzing. Too bad. We will probably end up replacing this with a better brand. Disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with my refrigerator. I just recently purchased a new home and this was the first appliance I purchased. I couldn’t wait until my home was finished because I wanted this refrigerator. Nothing else came close to this one. OMGOODNESS!! The craft ice. My entire family loves it because it doesn’t melt the same way way as regular ice cubes do. The craft ice melts much slower. The drawer can be used lots of ways. You cannot go wrong with this refrigerator.

Over-all the fridge is a standard fridge. I bought mine, and it took several months because of the backlog to get to me, so I had MONTHS to be excited about this. It came in and within a few months, the indoor ice machine started making noises. I submitted a request for service under the manufacturing warranty they came out and said there was no issue (however it was still making the noise). A year later, my in-door ice machine is not working at all. I had read reviews that people had issues with this but ignored them because there were some good ones and I really liked some of the features on the fridge. However, here I am, a year and a half into owning a 3,600 fridge and the ice machine doesn't work at all... I have changed my filters when they needed to, so it is unrelated to that. I am very let down that after sending so much on this, it is not working so quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the refrigerator is nice, hold a good amount of food on both sides. We have had one problem we have yet to solve with the Freezer side. Ice collects at the to of the door causing s problem with build up. We called for service and put through a few wasted effort steps. Have not called back due to person attitude. Will be calling soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator looks great from the outside however it is not economical nor user-friendly. The only place you can stand bottles up is on one door. The show is it to show up so bottles have to be laid down. The craft ice is definitely a conversation piece however it has failed on me twice in the six months I’ve owned it. There is a reset button on the icemaker but if you wanted to see it you have to lay on the floor of the kitchen and hold a mirror underneath the icemaker and water to see where the button is. This is totally ridiculous.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The appearance is good, and it works well overall. We did encounter an issue with the Craft Ice Maker and the compressor, which needed to be replaced. However, the warranty service was excellent, and the problem was resolved within a few days.

Great design and happy with the product. I had no issues for 6 months until it was time to replace the water and air filter. To remove the air filter cover, it required a bit of force. I removed it without issue but when reinstalling, one of the two plastic locks on the filter cover broke. Then when removing the door basket to gain access to the water filter, the plastic tab on the basket broke.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Door ice maker allows the ice to freeze into one mass. Tried keeping the refrigerator compartment as cold as possible without freezing the food; doesn't make a difference. The craft ice maker will go weeks working perfectly, then suddenly will not eject the ice balls leading to water overflowing into the craft ice ball tray. I have to get in and pry out the ice balls to get it going again. Freezer works well. Water and ice dispenser work well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this fridge for about 3 or so years. The fridge works great, except the craft ice machine has broken and we replaced it. The ice machine only seems to last one year just long enough to exceed the warranty. Very frustrating! Also there have been a few occasions where the freezer was not closed all the way but not open enough to trigger the warning. I wish it would register if it is not completely shut. Other than that, I've really enjoyed it!
