[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for a couple of months and I have to say I love it! It has a Sleek Design. Having to just tap on the glass of the right hand door to see what is in the front compartment is so practical. I use it for kids snacks so we can avoid having them constantly opening and closing the door. The inside is a great size, with removable wracks for custom design. The Freezer is large and has one large and one smaller drawer. Then there is what I call the bonus drawer above the freezer; which is great for cold cuts and smaller items. The Ice maker/ water dispenser is very nice and instillation of the filter is very easy. This refrigerator is very quiet, no rattling or humming. I would absolutely recommend this Refrigerator.

The only small inconvenient is the lack of more than one retractable shelf so more tall items can be stored.Overall, we are very pleased with the purchase.

The layout gives us far more room inside, even with the two ice makers and no more fretting because something is too large to fit on a shelf. We are certainly having fun with it.

The only concern i had was that the ice maker would break, which it eventually did. They sent me a replacement for free so it wasn’t too bad, seeing that i was still in warranty. But the space is vast and the fridge is always something people mention when they walk in, and they share how grand it looks.

We bought this refrigerator 4 years ago and yesterday the compressor went out, it quit making craft ice years ago. We loved the refrigerator features which is why we bought it….but a refrigerator this expensive should last longer than 4 years. I would not recommend LG refrigerators

We've had this refrigerator for six months and love it. It has been problem-free since we purchased it. The best part of it is the icemaker. It makes small ice cubes in the top door section that are the perfect size, and in the bottom it makes round ice balls for craft cocktails, which get a lot of ooohs and aaaahs from our guests. Our last refrigerator (another brand) was wonderful, but the icemaker was a joke. It constantly froze up and was totally unreliable. After numerous unsuccessful service calls, our warranty just gave us money to buy a new refrigerator. Our appliance specialist recommended this LG model, and we're glad he did. The ability to see through the glass door is a great feature. There is plenty of interior room, and there are options for configuring the space to fit your needs. The flexible top pullout drawer lets us customize this space depending on our current needs. I don't have a single complaint about this refrigerator. It's very sleek and attractive on the outside and is an attractive addition to our beautiful kitchen. But it's the ICE that has totally won me over!

The Instaview door is great in concept. We kept milk in the Instaview door but the milk soured due to high temperature in the Instaview door. We bought two refrigerator thermometers and put one in the Instaview door and one in the refrigerator. The refrigerator is set for 33 degrees. The Instaview door thermometer read in the mid 40s for a week. The refrigerator thermometer read 38 to 42 for a week. We have had to remove all food from the Instaview door due to spoilage. Cannot recommend this refrigerator due to inconsistent temperature fluctuations and food spoilage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a little over 2 yrs ago!. I'll admit I was attracted to the looks and fanciness! Never expected to love it as much as I do!! I was concerned with storage but it is humongous inside, can hold anything we place in it. The ice maker is great makes crushed and chunks. Not great for large parties but suffices for families. The water on door is a bit odd placed, sticks out at top but you get used to it and stop pouring onto floor quickly! Overall it is beautiful, efficient, holds a ton and makes my kitchen look amazing!!

Great fridge! Love the door in door feature and craft ice . Not a fan of the lower door handles since they seem they could easily come off when the doors a slid open. The top one already has and I'm not sure if it's how they were installed (not tightened well) or a defect in the product itself. I have a feeling that they were not tightened well, but we'll see. The ice dispenser is a little delayed when I press it, but this may actually be a good thing to prevent too much ice from coming out at once. Something I'm getting use to. Otherwise, I absolutely love it! The craft ice is wonderful. Great to have Cold water coming from the fridge since my Arizona faucets only provides warm water in the summer.,
