After my husband fell and fractured his pelvis our current mattress was too soft. Our sales person recommended the firm Pro-Adapt and it was amazing. SOLD! We also purchased the adjustable base for the mattress which we highly recommend. The first night with the mattress and base we slept 9 hours! The base has done wonders to keep my husband from snoring.

Your 2022 mattress is much thinner than my previous 2012 mattress and not as heavy-so it's easier to make my bed. However, I find the new 2022 mattress does shift and must push it back into place on your adjustable bed frame. Also, your queen size mattress did have a petroleum like off gassing smell for almost 2 weeks, which I wasn't happy about. Since that smell is now gone, I love the mattress and fall asleep easily (sometimes too easily) on my new soft mattress as it's very comfortable. I also love the fact I do not have to download an App to use my wireless remote. Thank you for keeping it simple and easy to use! I also have your queen size pillow which I use under my legs for additional back support. All in all, I am a happy Tempurpedic customer.

This is our first experience with pro adapt firm which we liked immediately when we we went to store to try it out. We previously had a tempur pedic for 10 years. We have only had our pro adapt for a couple weeks and I am concerned that the firmness isn't as good as when we first purchased it. I plan to contact tempura pedic to see what they think may be the issue. We also purchased the adjustable foundation. We love tempura pedic due to injuries to my husband which helps him sleep better. We have recommended these mistresses to all our friends.

We purchased this new mattress prior to a shoulder surgery. Our mattress was old and needed replacing so we purchased a new mattress with an adjustable base to assist during recovery. It took a while to get use to it as I am usually a side sleeper, but with the surgery, I had to sleep on my back for several months. This was definitely more comfortable than the couch!! However, now that I am recovered (6 months out from surgery) I have difficulty getting comfortable sleeping on my side again. I wake up with achy hips, making me wonder if the bed doesn't conform to my body as it should.

I had another brand that is basically springs and a little padding. The Tempur pro adapt forms around my body. It has the right amount of support but also the softness to be comfortable. It had been year's since I had slept through the night. Now I can say that I get a full 8 hours of sleep. My husband said its the most comfortable mattress he has ever owned. I go to bed before him and I don't even feel the movement from him getting into bed. I can actually feel a temperature difference in the new bed. It also comes with a washable cover. The only negative I have is the weight of the mattress. It definitely takes two people to move the mattress around but how often would you move a mattress around your room? Overall I am excited to have this mattress and I would recommend the Tempur pro adapt. Everyone should enjoy a restful nights sleep. We spend a good portion of our lives in bed. It should be comfortable. One more positive about this mattress. I use to have hip pain and I haven't experienced it since sleeping on this mattress. Take a chance and experience it for yourself.

So soft and firm, don't feel my partner when he gets in or even my dogs! It's just perfection! I have chronic neck pain and wow I wake up comfort and ready to face my day!

We just replaced a tempur pedic mattress that lasted 15 years with the pro adapt firm. The first night on our new mattress was the best sleep we've had in years! While our old mattress was fine and probably could have been used even longer, the new mattress is exactly what we were looking for. Firm without being rigid and supportive for our aging joints-a quality investment. While it's a bit higher and we've had to adjust to same, it's the only drawback.

It was nice and plush the first few months. Now it has turned into a brick. I get pain in my heels just laying on my back for 5 minutes. It is ridiculous how bad the pressure point relief is. The worst mattress I've ever used. I get horrible sleep, aches all over no matter the position. And now it has started the flake a white snow when I change the sheets and mattress cover. Probably not good to be inhaling white mattress flakes while I sleep. I would give it zero stars if I could. Do not be lulled in by the initial comfort that will wear out just after the return period ends. What a waste of money.

This is my 3rd Tempur-Pedic mattress, as the others tended to be transported into guest rooms for their enjoyment! I have had multiple knee surgeries, sinus, Achilles' tendon issues. I hike over 100 miles per month. I started out with the original mattress about 2006, then switched to a softer one 5 years later after surgery. I moved recently and sold the mattresses, and everyone wants to buy even a used Tempur-Pedic mattress. I bought the Pro-Adapt because of my activity and age (66). Love it. Never disappointed in their mattresses. I advise to go into a store, take an hour and try out the varieties. You won't be disappointed. Invest in yourself and your body.

We purchased a Pro-Adapt Firm, knowing we have 90 days to try it and purchase a different model if that one didn't work for us. After a month, we decided to upgrade. The payment system was apparently down and it took a week to get through to anyone to process the payment. We paid over $2,000 more for the upgrade over a month and a half ago. We still have not received the mattress. I've spent 3.5 hours on the phone on various holds over a couple days, only to be told that the delivery company for some reason has not scheduled the delivery. I was told I would get an answer on this and a delivery date within 24 hours. This was a week ago and I am now on the phone again, trying to get through to someone. I've been on hold for ___ minutes so far and still no one was picked up. I'm on an endless loop of an automated message. Do not buy from Tempurpedic online. If I had to do it over again, I would not buy from them at all. This has been incredibly frustrating.
