[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the ProAdapt Soft and tried it for more than the recommended 30 day break-in period. The bed is very well made and you can tell it is quality the first time you lay down. We went with the soft option but it wasn't as soft as we were expecting. Our expectation is that it would be similar to a pillow top but form more to your body which wasn't the case. We opted for the return/refund which was a painless transaction. Customer service was great from beginning to end! Even though this didn't work out for my wife and I it doesn't take anything away from this great company and product. I can see now why so many people give 5 star reviews. Thank you for the great experience.

However, I wish it had been designed with the bed frame in mind. We had a bit of a struggle getting it set up and making it work well with the king-size frame I bought separately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have slept on a Tempur-Pedic mattress for decades. We have found them to be firm, yet highly supportive. Quality sleep all revolves around finding the mattress that's best for you. We wouldn't choose anything else.

This is a replacement for a tempur-pedic that 'lost it's memory' and sagged. This new mattress is extremely hard, but we really love it! We got so used to sleeping on the bad mattress that this one actually took us a few nights to get used to, but it has been well worth it! We knew from trying one out in the store that it didn't quite have that 'contouring' effect, but our last two mattresses had that and sagged within a short period of time. I have high hopes for this mattress!! Also, I'd like to say that tempur-pedic really stands behind their mattresses and my claim was handled very quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them!

My wife & I finally replaced our old, old sleep number mattress with the TEMPUR-ProAdapt Medium Hybrid. The coil-layer sounded like what we were looking to strike a balance between too firm and too soft and it was clearly the right choice. I used to wake up in pain due to misalignment, but not anymore! I could go on but you get the idea: it's worth the investment!

I had my old temperpedic for a long time 20 years. When I first felt my new mattress I thought, I might have made a mistake getting firm when I sat on it, it felt like a board. But when I laid down, it was wonderful! You sort of just mold into the mattress. I love it! I also got the adjustable frame so I can raise my head and feet. Love that too!

I was waking up feeling like I had been hit by a truck. My neck, back, and hip would hurt so bad I started seeing a chiropractor twice week for the past six months! I purchased this mattress and my body doesn't feel sore, stiff and in pain anymore! I get a great nights sleep now I feel refreshed and recharged for the day ahead! We love our new mattresses and bed bases My hip pain has disappeared and my husbands snoring is almost non existant as we can raise his head with his split mattress base. These are definity not inexpensive mattresses and bed bases but considering how much time we spend sleeping and how important a good nights sleep is to our health we consider the investment to be completely justified. Besides our slit Pro Adapt mattresses we purchased the Ergo extend bases. We love the experiance of a great nights sleep that they provide. Originally I chose the firm mattress and my husband chose medium, on practically the last day if our 90 day trial my husband decided to change to a firm mattress. We called the provided number and without any problems were assured the exchange would be made, which it rapidly was. Everything our salesman Matthew had promised us regarding quality of product and service was true.
